This Hoilday Inn, was very nice. Quick check-in and check-out. Room Service was good. The dining room was closed for an evening meal so I had to eat at the lounge, and the service was slow. It is right off the interstate and had other resturants, and a movie theater within walking distance.

Spacious room and very clean. This hotel met all our requirements and we will stay there again on our next visit. Spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff was most accomodating when we requested additional coffee for our room.

I enjoy my stay at the Holiday Inn mostly for the consideration of the staff. When first arrived, they already had my room available for entry, which was very important to the needs of my company. They have wireless internet connection, but during the storm, it was inaccessibile. There were recently bought out by Hulsing Hotels and should be in renovation soon, from what I was told by the front desk receptionist. Overall, my stay was enjoyable and I would return to Holiday Inn.

The maintenance man was the only one to care about the conditions of the room. This was a horrible hotel experience in an unfinished handicapped room. No Lights, no working TV and no side chairs. The room was next to the ice machine and the elevators with a constant on and off buzzing. The heating and air conditioning controls did not have knobs when we tried to get circulation going in the room.

Location and sitting area in room. No fancy decor but way better than Days Inn or other hotels for this price. Up to date and every thing we needed including upscale bedding.

Newly remodeled, incredibly clean and spacious.

Staff was so pleasant, even with all the travelers checking in. Air Conditioner in room was ready to be overhauled!

Helpful, friendly staff. Only one working elevator, no chair in room. Hotel has been under renovations for 6 months or more now. Lobby still torn up, hallways still half painted, nice new beds in rooms now along with some of the new furniture, but one of our rooms had beds and a desk but no chair to sit on in the room. The other room had beds and a nice chair, but no desk. It will probably be fine if they ever complete the renovations.

I liked the location and amenities. Gave an average mark for the cleanliness because it is undergoing renovation improvements. Lot of dust and dirt in the hallways to the rooms.

The bed. Hotel was undergoing renovations. Nice place for the price.

Great location. The hotel should offer a continental breakfast while its under construction and the restaurant is closed.

Nothing. Paying $4 admission to bar! Dirty rooms. Although the hotel is under construction that does not excuse dirty rooms. Broken air conditioners. No pots in coffee makers etc.

Clean, friendly staff, centrally located. Room was too humid, several attempts to obtain a working key. The Holiday Inn, Johnson City, Tennessee provided friendly service. The hotel is still under construction, but the rooms were clean. Housekeeping and front desk staff was prompt with requests. This hotel is conveniently located.

Parking was convenient. The hotel was being renovated. The holiday inn is being renovated. Our room didn't have chairs or pictures. It was clean. Holiday inn doesn't provide a continental breakfast or newspaper like most of the other hotels we stayed at.

The location was perfect. The hotel was still under renovations. Overall it was a good hotel, just a lot of construction debris in parking lot and unfinished projects.

Brand new remodel. Everything new. Great bed. Some remodeling still in progress. Wonderful large room, everything new. Very comfortable bed. Great bathroom. Very good continental breakfast included.

It was convenient to the area. There was a 2 inch gap between wall and windows, could here and see others in rooms beside ours. The hotel was in a good location. The room didn't look as if vacuumed very well. It also had an odor to it. The two inch gap between the wall and the windows on each side of the room was scary. I had to stuff towels in the gap at 2:00 a.m. just to cut out the voices of people in the rooms next to ours, you could hear every word that they spoke. We could not sleep for that. They were Mexicans all over the motel were construction was going on. Construction workers took a lot of the parking spaces.

The lobby was quite impressive and looked luxurious. They were remodeling and the hallway was dirty. When the remodeling is done it will be very nice. There was nice carpeting and new wall paper in the room. The bath was nice, very hot water, all new tile. Very good value for the price. The only thing disruptive was the house keeping staff knocking on the door at 9 AM. Fortunately I was awake, but had I been a late sleeper, I would have been unhappy. I think she should have waited until we checked out at 11 AM to check on cleaning the room.

Great bed. Remodeling. I liked the stay Ill stay again!

The location of the hotel is great. Easy off/on to major interstate. The hotel was in the middle of renovations. It will be great once it is done but should have been told about it. I have stayed at this hotel several times. It has always been a great experience. The only complaint this time was the hotel was under renovations.
