Close to Airport. Rooms appeared old, bathroom was very small. Great for 1 night close to to the airport, I would not want to be there for very long.

Hotel was wonderful - staff was great - would definitely stay there again!

This hotel was super clean and comfortable. By joining a priority club (free), we immediately received an upgraded room and were greeted wtih a gift basket of treats and water bottles. The room was very large and rather inexpensive. The pool was clean and refreshing and hotel staff switched our wet beach towels for dry ones while we were swimming without us requesting. There is a bus that will pick up guests at the front of the hotel and drive them to Dolphin Mall for 10 round trip. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone using the Miami airport who needs an overnight stay.

They didn't rush us out of the room at checkout time. Our air didn't work that good. Nice.

This isn't the newest hotel I've ever been in but it is very well maintained and CLEAN. I felt safe (was robbed in a hotel on a previous Miami trip so I am very paranoid of that city) but I actually relaxed and slept. There is a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel AND a free shuttle from the hotel to the Port of Miami. That saved us some bucks. The breakfast wasn't too bad, either. I will definately stay here again!

Close to airport Surface refurbish only, old and dirty looking under new fabrics etc. Bad location other than airport, no breakfast or decent restaurant on premises. Only good thing was the proximity to the airport in terms of transfers. Dirty underneath the new fabrics and finishings. Unhelpful, not very friendly staff. Restaurant doesn't open until 4:00 pm. Lobby is barren and contains snack bar and computers which are always occupied by people that seem to be "camped out" in there. Would never stay in this hotel again. Not good value for money.

The location for this hotel was right in the middle of where you could walk to easily. The hotel was eclectic and really nice. We would definitely return. Happy hour was fun.

Cleanliness, free parking and free shuttle. Ice machine broke on our floor and loud Latin music in lounge.. The hotel is nice and worked for the night before a cruise. We had free shuttle to the Port of Miami and we were able to park our vehicle there for the week. I was a little frustrated with the ice machine and the soda I wanted was out, so I had to keep going to another floor. The breakfast wasvery expensive. $27 for 2 all American breakfasts (eggs, bacon, hash browns and toast) oh and 1 milk. I thought it was high priced. You also have to pay $4.95 to use their internet. Other than that the hotel is a lot nice on the inside than the outside.

I was able to book this hotel at the VERY last minute as we waited at the airport for our other hotel which never showed up. The front desk was very nice and he gave us a great rate. Since this is a Carnival Pre-Cruise hotel, be prepared to wait a minute at the airport for pick up and for check in. Tip: Go to the very beginning of the pick up lane if you are in a hurry and want to quickly get to the hotel. It was a great room, even though all they had was smoking, and I would suggest it for my clients."

Close to mass transit & food. Got stuck in the elevator the first night. Other than my elevator incident, this hotel is okay if you're looking for a hotel without all the bells and whistles.

Clean, large rooms plus free shuttle service to the port and from the airport. Location, nothing close. Serves the purpose for people looking at staying the night before a cruise, nothing wrong with the rooms and the free shuttle service from the airport and to the port were great!

There was hair in the bath tub and the staff was very unfriendly. Service and cleanliness of room.

We found this property to be great for a one night pre-cruise stay. They provide free shuttles from the airport and to the Port of Miami. The front desk staff were courteous and efficient. Our room was on the small size but very comfortable and sound proof. There is a bar/restaurant on the top floor with a good view of the airport but unfortunately the menu and food quality was typical Holiday Inn fare and there is nowhere else to eat in the area except for a Burger King. American Airlines and Carnival Cruise Line use this hotel for crew. We would stay there again.

Nothing. It was in Miami. We went to the lounge after dinner, no small feat to do in the area, it was local night and filled with locals. The view was wonderful but I really worried about the people there.

"I stayed at the Holiday Inn Miami Airport in December for a pre cruise stay, and loved the free transportation to the Port of Miami and free pick up from the Airport. The hotel is in good shape and the service was more than I expected from an Airport Hotel. The views from the Restaurant located on the 9th floor are amazing specially at night."
