This was a really great hotel to stay at while attending Otakon. The distance from the convention center is very convenient. They have their own parking, which can just be added to the hotel bill conveniently. This is the first hotel I've been to while attending Otakon that had a TV that you could easily connect your own devices to (i.e. dvd player). And I loved that there was a fridge in the room already. Very convenient. I would definitely stay here again when I visit Baltimore.

The hotel is fine but the restaurant was dreadful. Bad food which took over an hour to arrive.

This was my second stay at this hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the rooms are comfy. One of the better deals in Baltimore.

Nice roomy room. Scratched up room door. Nice hotel even though it appears to be older than others in downtown. Handy garage ($21). Roomy and clean room. Would be happy to stay again.

After reading previous reviews from this site and others, I thought we booked a stay at a dump, but was pleasantly surprised I was wrong. Room was clean, beds very comfortable and value was good. Here is a tip. Depending on your opinion, there is a large fire station across the street., Multiple trucks get called out OFTEN!!!! When they go out, apparently the rule is siren on the whole way 24/7. So ya, 5am? They blast em. So, if you dont want to hear it, ask for room NOT on street side. Also, they have separate building called West Tower. We were not in it, but it is a walk to it. I could see it out our back window. Its on the same grounds, but you have to leave building thru doors, cross bit of the driveway and enter new doors. No problems with maids. Tip: Dont eat dinner there..WAY TOO &&^% expensive...and it wasnt good. Go to the Inner Harbor! Breakfast is OK. If you are there with kids, they eat free, so it made it a bit worth while. We did not rent car, took airport shuttle to and from airport and just walked to Inner Harbor. ts like 3 blocks..not a problem. When it rained, we flagged a cab. Business Ctr was nice. 3 computers and a 4th dedicated for Boarding Passes only, which is nice when you need to print them and there are teens checking out there MySpace page and wont get off computer. Safety of area? You are in Baltimore, it can be a tough City. Inner Harbor had A LOT of uniformed Officers, heavy presence. But area at night? Stay alert, like I said, its a tough city. All in allI would stay at this Hotel again.

My boyfriend and I came down for 2 Red Sox vs. Orioles games and the location of the hotel was great for us. We walked to the game and didn't have to worry about parking. The room was great, very clean, spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Everyone there was very friendly.

Nice room decorations. An additional $20 parking fee.

Lobby was neat and clean but once we got off the elevator the smell hit you - it smelled like musty dirty carpet with an orange spray to cover it. We would hold our breath from the room to the elevator and pray it would come quickly. Our room was non smoking but apparently the did not tell customers before us. There were cigarette burns in the rug. The fire house is across the street and they must go out every 15 minutes and when they were not going out the tram was clacking up the street - very noisy. Once we left the hotel we did not feel safe - we were approached and asked for money. If you want to see the Inner Harbor - pay the extra money and stay in Fells Point.

well, me and my wife were in my room making love and the maid walked in on us. Now, this would have been a bad thing, but she opted to join us. We also ate fried cat and our pet guinea pig.

I got put in the West Tower- seemed to be recently rehabbed. Looked clean enough but the odor from the new flooring was unbearable and bad for my asthma. I had requested a non-smoking room and should have never been put in the tower for the poor air quality. Clerks at the desk did not ask me how my stay was when I was checking out and it was difficult to get them to help hold my luggage on the day of my departure.

I spent a weekend and had a very good time. I got a great deal on the room and a rental car package, but then the hotel charged $21 to park the rental car, so there went the good deal. For a short stay, you don't need a car; the inner harbor is close enough that you won't need it. Nice room, friendly and efficient staff.

Did not like breakfast. Buffet scrambled eggs were over cooked same as bacon. I would still go back to hotel but would find other restaurant.

Great Inner Harbor location; convenient to downtown venues and easy access to major roads/highways.
