this was a nice and clean place to stay - - room was comfortable and reasonably priced - - other than the advertised "internet access" offer, and card stating such on the desk - - ie - - no wireless access on the 3rd floor, phone / network jack was inoperable - - desk clerk did his best to resolve the situation (offered us key to neighboring room, but at 2:30am, who wants to move?) - - and, since it was "prepaid", what options were available to negotiate? overall - - great service, sub-standard functionality

Free breakfast, good bathroom, fair location. Hard, small beds, poor pillows, chlorine smell throughout the hotel, wet floors in and around elevator. The friendly and helpful staff welcomed us and took care of checking us in without a problem. We noticed a strong chlorine smell in the entire hotel, even in our second-floor room, though. The room was nicely located, and the bathroom was spacious and clean, but the beds were short and narrow, and the pillows were hard and small. Sleeping was not comfortable.

Hotel staff was super. Friendly and helpfull. Wi-Fi signal was very weak and mostly unusable.

Location. Thingsnot working, bugs in the bed. Not pleased with the stay. Come find out the hot tub was not working and had not been working the 2 days before I got checked in. The reason I wanted to book there was because of the hottub and needed to relax and unwind from the busy shopping season! So much for a relaxing weekend, also found 2 bugs in the bed overnight. I will not stay at a holiday inn anymore because of my bad experience.

The staff at the Holiday Inn, Fishers, Indiana was exceptionally accommodating. They were willing to allow us to stay later than the normal check-out time since our return flight did not leave until late in the day. They let us use the office computer and printer when the one in the business center malfunctioned. They were helpful in giving directions and suggestions to make our travel easier.

The staff was wonderful and the hotel was very nice. Distance from convention center. Over all had a great experience at this hotel. It was very clean. The room was nice and the bed was comfy. The area was quiet but close to lots of restaurants and a movie theater. The staff was very friendly and gave great directions. My only problem was the actual driving distance to the Convention Center was 20 miles not 13, which was about a twenty or thirty minute drive.

I had a late check in arrangment and I was nearly two hours later than I thought I would be there. This wasn't a problem plus the clerk explained the best routes to get to the Brickyard in Indianapolis. It was quiet which came in handy after a 6 hour drive and being all day at the raceway. Very clean, relaxing, and in a great area near other businesses. The staff was very helpful and professional. I would stay here again.

The continental breakfast was amazing. The pool area seemed clean and nice. We loved our room and the convenient location. The breakfast area was a little crowded with food, people, and tables. More space would have been nice. The hotel lobby was clean, open, and inviting. The front desk employee who helped us with check-in was friendly and joked around with us. She even offered to bake us some fresh Smores cookies. We had a positive experience with housekeeping (when we needed more towels). The area that the hotel was located in was very safe and well lit. The beds and pillow were amazing.

The Holiday Inn at Fishers, IN, was very hospitable and clean. The personnel with which we had contact were friendly and helpful. It was very convenient to the people and places we were interested in. We were a little less than satisfied with the Bennigan's restaurant that was attached to the hotel. We had breakfast there, using a coupon from the hotel, and it was, in my estimation, not an exceptionally good breakfast but was exceptionally expensive. The only complaint we had about the room was the air-conditioner. It was very loud when it cycled on/off about every five minutes all night long. It also blew a steady stream of cold air across the bed. Other than that, the room was lovely, the bed very comfortable, the bathroom very clean and roomy, the TV programming good. All in all, we enjoyed our stay there and would definitely recommend it to others during their stay in the northern Indianapolis area.

Good location. Pool area not clean, couldn't cancel rooms. Staff was not friendly and constantly clogged up elevators. Pool area was dirty and way too hot. Restaurant was attached, which was closed down when we arrived.

We had a two night stay and on the second evening an error occurred in which our room was given to someone else but we were there. We discovered that the keys were all decoded and had to have them reset. What peace of mind to know they have such a good security policy. This hotel was conveniently located for goods eats, mall shopping and easy to get downtown.

Hotel clerk was very friendly. Children were running through the halls and no one thought this was a problem. For over 2 hours it was extremely loud and I did report to desk clerk. The hotel was ok, but not as nice as I expected. So really nothing was done for the inconvenience.
