Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. They clearly went out of their way to assist us as we had some medical issues to deal with.

Friendly staff and prompt room service. No complaints.

The hotel was recommended by my company so I really didn't have any big expectations. I have to admit though I was very surprised at how beautiful it was on the inside. The staff was very professional and friendly. There was cookies and bottled water in the lobby. When I got to my room, there was two bottles of water and a personalized note from the management staff and chocolates....talk about being impressed. The pool is indoors and the water was heated and I loved every minute I was there. The breakfast wasn't outstanding but was good for a Holiday Inn. I have to honestly say I wish there was a hotel like this closer to where I live, I'd visit just for the interior pool and ambience! I'll definitely stay here again!

Very clean, with black out curtains for a good night's sleep. Tea and coffee in the room, but no cookies, crackers, or anything. I got hunger pangs at 3:00 am and there was nothing around to eat. Clean, comfortable - the only thing I didn't like were the pillows, which were a little lumpy. Otherwise everything was great. The area is safe and convenient to local restaurants, etc. We'll be staying here again.

We entered hotel and the lobby was being renovated. I didnt have a problem w walking over dust but then we were sent to the worst possible room they must have had avail.. Outside room next to street, curtains were ripped, light shade had cigarette holes (this was supp to be non smoking room) very bad odor when we walked in. This was the fist time I ever walked into a room and walked right back out.

It met my expectations as a Holiday Inn. Housekeeping needs improvement and the grounds are littered with cigarette butts. It's an old but refurbished Holiday Inn: a 3' star for Indiana; not luxury, but probably the best in town. There's a serviceable restaurant, bar, and indoor pool. Halliburton oil/gas workers dominate the guest list. The staff is friendly and helpful.

It has a bar that opens till late. There is no free continental breakfast. Nice for the area.

Much to do all in 1 location. Nothing. Great job. They even gave me the room I wanted upon request. Great place, great fun, we didn't want to leave.

The cleanliness of the lobby and rooms. The quiet hours were not kept or controlled by staff. The hotel is a nice place to stay. The rooms are clean and commons area is nice. The pools is also clean. The only drawback is that the commons area is huge and sound carries. If the staff would monitor quiet hours posted, there would not be an issue.

Appreciated the coffee in the and snacks in the afternoon. Nice touch.

The swimming pool was warm and very enjoyable, there was also a pool table to enjoy. I thought the beds should be queen size rather than doubles. The front desk clerk, went out of his way to assist me and accommodate my family and myself, from giving me directions to giving me one of his own pencils when we discovered my daughter had lost hers and her homework had to be completed in pencil.

The bed was extremely comfortable. The location has an industrial feel to it. Facility is convenient and friendly. Desk staff was very helpful with directions, etc. Room service was fast and friendly, and food was very good. Most importantly, the room was very clean and well maintained.

Location. No elevator and somewhat dated. The staff was nice, but I was traveling for 1 1/2 weeks, so my suitcase was large. They did not have an elevator, no convenient. There are also no windows to the actual outside, just to the interior of the hotel. Not a big fan of this.

We had to go to Indiana for a funeral. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed.

The staff were friendly and accommodation convenient for University. Bathroom had a smell around floor of toilet. This hotel is great for families, business travelers and students at IUP. I would use it again, anytime I have to stay overnight in Indiana, PA. It is the best hotel in the vicinity.

It was close to my destination location. It was a place that college kids would stay and party at. The hotel staff was friendly, but the atmosphere lent itself to a college party. The pool is located in the center of the facility, and it feels very damp in the rooms because of it. For instance, my hair never truly dried after my shower due to the humidity.

Hotel staff extended every courtesy to accommodate our large family reunion group, even gave us a place to play video games. Great place for families!

Staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, and you feel like this hotel is full of life. The restaurant andlounge hours were unpredictable. The Holiday Inn of Indiana, PA is a gem- its staff are courteous and welcoming, and there is a sense of life and attractiveness to the facility. Enclosed in a huge indoor courtyard is a pool and work-out facility. Off of this there is a full-service restaurant and cocktail lounge. There are two levels of hotel rooms, the inner ones overlooking the enclosed pool area like a resort, and the outer ones which are reachable through very nice hallways.

Dependable for our needs. Wish it had a contitnetal breakfast. Friendly clean indoor pool very nice for guests would be nice to have a continental breakfast like many other hotels microwave in room would be a plus.

The heated pool was great. The staff was friendly. We were served delicious cookies and offered water bottles in the afternoon. The tile in the pool was noticeably dirty. I could scrape off dirt using my finger nail. This is a very nice hotel with a friendly staff. The courtyard is very pretty and the heated pool, afternoon cookies and bottles of water were a real treat. I would look forward to staying there in the future.
