This hotel was by far the most expensive on our 8-day trip through New England, and the room by far the tiniest. We were assigned a two-bed room, and there was almost no floor space around beds and chairs. (Might have been OK with one king bed). No desk, just a tiny circular table. No place for luggage except upright next to the enormous TV console-dresser that overwhelmed the room. The sole elevator was at the far end of the building, across the lobby from our wing -- a long trek to our second-floor room. But the staff was personable, the location good, the bed very comfortable, and all in all it was a pleasant stay, if unusually cramped.

The pool area was very nice. The restaurants were just fabulous with such nice bartenders. No fridge in rooms and a worker at the front desk told my children there were noise complaints but failed to address the situation with me. Unprofessional. I found it to be clean and for the most part friendly. Wish there was a fridge and microwave. Fitness room was nice, a game room would be nice. Again, very unhappy that the woman at front desk approached my children on noise level and not me (I was walking in right after them and she just smiled at me), also the janitor addressed my children and not me. To be fair there were other families on our floor and I don’t believe the noise came from my children as I was with them the entire time.

I really have to say that our stay at this HOLIDAY INN was fantastic. Front desk people very friendly and informative. Our room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. I especially appreciated that the hot tub and pool were very clean and always staffed. The breakfast area was excellent and so was the staff. Choice of food and the buffet were great. TV on wall in dining area. Outside area was well done and pleasantly landscaped. I would definately stay at this and any other HOLIDAY INN. Thank you.

The hotel was wonderful, though we didn't spend much time there, there was so much to do around town. Our only complaint was the room service. We ordered breakfast our first morning there, and was not pleased with it. However, it did not affect our stay at all.

Staff was very frinedly. The hotel was a bit worn and the walls were thin. Rooms were fairly clean, but the carpets need to be washed.

Not very clean; impersonal.

The location of this hotel is great, but that is about the only thing it has going for it. The front desk staff is rude and unhelpful--a better word for it would probably be "useless". I left a rather expensive article of clothing in the room when I checked out, and called the same day to see if housekeeping had found it or could retrieve it. No one at the front desk was willing to help. They refused to contact housekeeping, and kept transferring me to the lost and found voicemail. The woman was rude and, instead of putting me on hold, put the phone on the counter and proceeded to chat with her co-workers about the latest movies--I could hear every word of her conversation. It makes me cringe. Needless to say, the hotel never contacted me about the message I had left on the voicemail, or took any steps to try and remedy the situation. On top of it all, our room looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in days, and the bathroom floor was filthy. I actually ended up cleaning it myself. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Loved the bathroom. Room and hotel dark. No services required. [...] sent me a price of $99 after I paid you over $150. Definitely not happy with Orbitz.

This hotel was recently remodeled and sold to Holiday Inn. Formerly Ramada Inn. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Indoor pool needs to be heated, but otherwise perfect.

The hallway leading to the room was not very fancy and I wasn't expecting much from the room. I was so wrong, the room was nicely decorated and seemed quite upscale. It was spotless and the bathroom was beautiful. My room was on the second floor and had a vaulted ceiling. It was very spacious and quiet. A nice surprise and a great stay. Lots of money was spent on these rooms wish they had put in a Flat Screen TV.

Bathroom. Staff, room, service, computer mistakes. After I got there to check in they asked me for credit card so I gave them debit card and did not want to give back I needed this money for vacation. It destroyed my whole vacation and one lady said after I got annoyed "check out if you don't like it " but I did not because than more money would be held on my debit and than I have no money for vacation. I hate that hotel.

We enjoyed our stay. The kids loved the pool and it was only a 5min drive to a beach. Our room did not have privacy drapes, which was a bit odd, and the window was closed but not locked when we first arrived, also odd. Apart from that we had a great stay.

New updated rooms, great pool & fitness room. Busy street. Updates are great. Nice room, loved the pool & hot tub, used the fitness room many times also, nice bar, had to drive to beach & downtown. Overall happy.

Room was very modern, loved the HGTV decor and bathroom. The location was great, conveniently located; I could walk to Cape Cod Mall. Would definitely stay again.

WiFi and pool. Small rooms with no desk. Get a queen bed with desk instead of 2 beds and no desk.

The room seemed slightly small but it was very clean. The bathroom did not have any vent, which was very unusual. There was no coffee pot. There was a hair dryer and movable mirror in the bathroom, which was nice. Overall, it was a nice experience.

I loved the bathroom, the tub was clean. The beds were nice and soft had a pillow menu very nice and everything was clean. They could have let me check out a little later they had no need to have us check out at 11am it wasn't that busy. They internet had some issues. I asked a non smoking room they only had a smoking room, but they were nice. The pool, hot tub and work out room was great. The beds are so comfy and the TV was good has HBO. They are located right near Olive Garden, Friendly's (great breakfast!), Outback Steak House, Great shopping areas and a Shaw's open until Midnight very nice! I felt relaxed and comfortable stress free. The bathrooms were very clean and I had a nice relaxing bath. Was overall very good. I just wish the check in was not at 3pm and the check out at 11am is too early for me. The staff was ok not super but ok. The internet took some time to get going and the printer site was down so I could not print my stuff out unless I went to the front desk. I would go back again though. The pool was monitored very well by a life guard and the water was tested every hour. Overall I liked it was a nice getaway.
