Every thing was very good not great is a better word. If you like a great hotel then hyou have found it the room the whole stay was so good I have told friends about it, they say if its good enough for me its should be a great place to stop. Thanks for a nice stay.

We stayed at this hotel for one evening on a quick trip to visit friends. The staff was personable, courteous and quick to offer assistance. The hotel is under cosmetic renovation as they are in an area hit by the hurricanes of fall 2005. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The high speed internet access in our room was not working so they immediately moved us to another room without us requesting the move. We will certainly stay in this hotel again!

Very nice surprise !! From check in, the Plaza was a very nice upgrade, and only about $10 more a night. Our new place to spend the night in Beaumont Tx.

There are not a lot of options when visiting Beaumont, so this hotel is actually somewhat nice for this area. The room was very spacious but the menu on the t.v. did not work and there were ants in my bathroom. I ordered room service which was actually very good. The main drawback was the young baseball team staying in the hotel that was very noisy until late hours. The atrium made their running and screaming even more pronounced. I wish the parents and hotel mgmt could have kept them under control.

The open elevators. Can't think of a thing we had a wonderful stay. We had a great stay parking was good we could see the car from our 8th floor room, that can be important when traveling with important things in your car. Stewart was great. He made sure we had smoking room and a king sized bed. (We are 6 footers) All and all our cousins 90th birthday was a great sauces. Thanks.

Location. Smoking at front entrance and in hallways on floors and poor cleanliness. The lobby of the hotel was exceptional but that was it. The hotel room bathroom had hairs on the floor upon arrival which I cleaned up myself with tissue. The hotel provided free coffee in the lobby but it ran out quickly and was not replenished. There was always a crowd of smokers at the front door which you had to walk through upon entering the hotel. Our floor, which was a non-smoking floor, reeked of smoke for days and even after complaining nothing was done about it. Therefor the lack of cleanliness and abundance of smoke really lowered the quality of this hotel and I would not consider this one of the top Hotels in Beaumont!

The bed was comfortable and the AC. Filthy bathroom, then we asked them to clean it while we're gone. When we came back the same used soap and shampoo was still there. It is a great place for sleeping.

The room was great. It was very large and had a nice seating area. Not many options on room service dining menu. The hotel exceeded our expectations. We were given a very nice upgraded room that was very large. The room seemed clean and the staff was friendly.
