I enjoyed my brief stay on a Friday night. The rooms were new, spacious, clean and quiet. I had to ask, but the desk clerk provided a coupon for a complementary full breakfast. I did find it a bit difficult to find the hotel, so note your directions carefully.

I stayed at this hotel for a conference. Super customer service! The room was big and spacious. The waterpark was cute, not elaborate but I know my kids would have loved it! I'm planning on bringing my family back for a winter getaway!

The staff was absolutely wonderfully friendlyand helpful! Room was clean and smoke free, fridge in room, laundry in hall, pool was great for my 8 year old! There was nothing for which I could fault them! It was absolutely fabulous! The lobby was buzzing with excitement with a grand piano and someone playing. The staff was efficient, professional, and friendly. There was a cart available to carry all our things to our room. There was a portico to pull your vehicle up to unload so we didn't get wet. There was just enough parking in a clean lot. The beds were absolutely the most comfortable I think I have ever slept upon! I loved the comforters on the beds. Our room overlooked the pool area, so there was some noise, however, the pool closed at a decent hour so that we could sleep in quiet. There was a big, well arranged bathroom with a fridge and microwave close in the hallway. There was also a big closet with a safe. We would love to return to this hotel some time with Priceline!

The room was large and comfortable. The air/fan was too cold and difficult to control the temperature in the room. Very nice hotel, good value for the money. It was clean and attractive and had a nice restaurant and lobby area where people could sit.

Very clean, very friendly staff. We had an excellent stay at the Holiday Inn! The staff was so friendly and we loved that the kids ate free. I think the term water park is loosely used here as it is a pool with a slide and then another boat type play area for the littler kids. But the kids did have a great time and we will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful lobby and room (king suite). Desk clerks were un attentive to our housekeeping needs. Family oriented with indoor pool and water park; great location for mall shopping and downtown Madison. Guests on topmost level were allowed to run and make undue noise over rooms on the 4’th floor. Desk clerks ignored our requests for housekeeping on our second day and we had to do it ourselves.

Super nice staff members! Room far surpassed expectations! Operating hours of pool area were very limited. From the moment we checked in, the staff were customer satisfaction oriented. We enjoyed the pool area (water park). Overall pleasant experience.
