This is very good location (close to Pacific Mall and Highway). We arrived around 7:00 p.m. and I still have to wait for our rooms. There was only 2 person work in the front desk. Other than that, the hotel is good.

Very attentive service. May need to freshen up a bit, like new paint and carpets. Hotel has ample parking spaces.

The room smells great and the bed is very firm and comfortable. The room is newly updated. We have a wonderful stay. I highly recommended to anyone.

Business center to check email -forgot laptop. Washrooms were not clean, raunchy smell, old. Star ratings are not up to par. Would not recommend this hotel to friends or family based on 3 star rating. You also have the option to upgrade at an additional cost.

Hotel currently renovating rooms on some floors. The completed we stayed in was very nice.

Close to a variety of attraction. Convenient, friendly, a bit dated in structure, yet very affordable.

I visit Ontario almost every year. This is the first time i stayed at the Holiday. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The down fall is that the hotel looks some what tried. If they renovate it a little, it'll be great. It's located at a great location. Can easily get to the expressway and not far from Pacific mall. Will visit again

Inexpensive. Slow check in. Made me late for a prior engage.

Our stay at the Holiday Inn at Woodbine was our second visit. The hotel is clean, the rooms had everything you could possibly need as well as very comfortable beds. The hotel staff was pleasant and very helpful to us. This probably will not be our last visit to this hotel.

The girl who checked us in at the front desk was very friendly. I didn't find the bathroom very clean. I didn't find it as clean or new as most of the 3 star hotels we have stayed. The room was a disappointment.

Good location. Alot of high school students, check in very busy. Good location, lots of parking spots, internet service and in room small fridge.

Feeling being looked down.

Friendly, location good, basically clean. Noisy youth groups on our floor; shower curtain inadequate. It was good value for the money. It served our needa and I would return.

Free internet, free parking and very reasonable spa rates. No suites to choose as an option, even though suite was in the hotel name. Excellent value for the price that I paid. I would definitely return there again.

Handicap parking close to entrances. $1.00 each for local phone calls. I was satisfied with everything except the clerk at the check in desk. He seemed confused with the fact that I had 3 rooms reserved under my name.

The room was very comfortable & the refrigerator was greatly appreciated. Cleaning staff never left the correct number of towels & washcloths. Restaurant dinner menu didn't seem kid-friendly. After reading other reviews, I specifically asked for one of the renovated rooms with 2 queen-sized beds on an executive floor. We were given one with no problems. The beds were very comfortable and had 4 pillows each. My son was able to connect to their WiFi easily with his laptop. We brought our own breakfast items since the room had a refrigerator. New toiletries (soaps & shampoo) were provided each day. The carpet needed to be restreached and had a few snags, but it didn't bother us. The larger screen TV was also a plus. Being able to park for free in an attached parking garage was great!

Convenience location. Room not very clean, air conditioner is very noisy.

Location. The room is worse than some 2 star hotels I reserved from Priceline.

I like suites and it was a really nice one. It was fine, I was just there staying over night after an extremely long day. The bed was comfy and the suite was very nice. I was literally away all day and only made it back in to sleep and had to be out for more business the next day.

Room was clean, spacious, modern. Desk area was very nicely done. Our particular room faced north away from any view of the Toronto skyline (assuming there was a view). Easy to get to from the freeways north of Toronto, this hotel has plenty of parking with a spacious lobby. The room had modern decor with a flat-screen television, mini-refrigerator, and L-shaped work station. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was also spacious with towels and wash cloths stored neatly in the modern cabinet below the sink which was surrounded by plenty of counter space. The hotel felt like a 3.5-4 star hotel. I would definitely consider staying here again.
