This entire had an order that just ruined my stay...
Date of Stay:
May, 2009
Room was great. The water would not flow from tub properly.
Date of Stay:
April, 2008
The hallway smelled, the hallway carpet was filthy, the hallway needed painting, one of the two keys did not work, the room carpet was filthy, trash in room, floor lamp broken, comode was cracked, caulking around the tub had mold, back door had been propped open with a floor mat (where is the security). Terrible place. For what we paid we expected better than what we got. I would not stay at this hotel again no matter what the price was. By the way, our stay was in Tarpon Springs, not Tampa. The pool area is the only thing that is attractive about this hotel. The halls reeked of cigarette smoke. Not clean in the room. Both phones in the room were disconnected. There was a large piece of furniture stored in a corner between the window and the tv. We felt like we were in storage. Will not stay there again. Room extremely small and bathroom small with not much counter space.

The Pool/Hot Tub area were stellar. Nothing. We couldn't have had a better trip. The hotel was fantastic in every way. We would stay at this location again for sure.

this hotlel is nice they just can,t handle groups there front desk staff is not friendly

Pool area and whirlpool was great and the free coffee. Missing shoes-no help from mangement-rude breakfast waitress-didn't like me taking 3 cups of coffee. The front desk was very friendly. We had some shoes missing and when we tried to get help from the management, we were ignored. My wife made a written complaint. When we returned home, they called and said they found the shoes and would ship them to us. Nothing yet - Not a good experience for my wife. She was not happy with the management response to the problem.

This hotel provides more than is expected for anyone looking for a reasonably priced, very clean hotel in the North Tampa/St Pete area. The hotel is not new, but looks it. Very nice entry to desk, superb landscaping, a small, cozy bar area, and the usual cafe! Room we had was good size, updated, very clean. Internet worked well, and there was easy access from parking. Only negative to location was being right on Hwy 19, and you have to drive like the natives to enter and exit!! Even though it is right near 19, our room (pool side) was very quiet.

Good location. Terrible rooms, old beds, old mattress. This hotel painted the exterior but the rooms are old. The mattress is old and lumpy, the carpet old and dirty, the bathroom has damaged tile and the tub. Definitely one of the worse.

I stayed there New Years Eve so I could visit at a friends house right around the corner, and not have to drive far. The stay was great, nice rooms, odd set up, but it worked. The price of the room, got me more than what was expected. Amazing hotel.

There public facilities was very nice, especially the landscaping and the pool area. The room itself was very average. Perfectly fine, but did not stand out in any way. We enjoyed our stay here. The staff was very friendly, the facilities were very attractive, and we enjoyed our breakfast at the restaurant. The room itself was very average, although not lacking in any way. The location off the highway made getting in and out, and especially around town, very easy.

The entire experience was very enjoyable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and bed was comfortable. Receiving USA Today every morning under door was very nice touch. Would definitely recommend hotel to anyone.

It was a pretty good location, but that's it. It had a Motel feel, not hotel feel. It was supposed to be a 3 Star, but I would def. not give it that much. Yea, it was pretty clean for its standards, but I have stayed in 2 stars that are better than that. It smelled like an old musty building. We had to park around the back where our room was that backed up to a bar. We kept waking up all night checking on our vehicle to make sure it was still there. Hard beds. Not comfy. Remote Control didn't work, had to get out of bed just to change the channel. Amenities stunk. We were ready to get out of there. No bugs at least

Close proximity to final destination. Lacked cleanliness The hotel served its purpose for the time being, but was not comparable to other hotels in which we have stayed. There are definitely nicer and more presentable Holiday Inn's that we have stayed in, but again, it served its purpose.

Kids enjoyed pool and hot tub. Suite was good for kids, more room, fridge, microwave etc and second room with pull out, 2nd TV. All enjoyed the happy hour with unlimited complimentary drinks and some snacks.

Friendly staff, lounge/ bar dinning in hotel. 19 very dangerous road to drive on. We loved our stay met a lot of people staff very friendly rate was great.

It was convenient and friendly staff. Nothing. This hotel was clean, staff was efficient, and was in a convenient location.

Had a nice room with a view of the pool. Had to drag our luggage through a gate and outer door to get to room. The hotel was clean and convenient to everything we wanted to do in the Tampa area. We enjoyed our room with a view of the pool.

The dining area for breakfast was nice. The rooms had old carpet that smelled moldy. The rooms smelled like mildew or moldy. It was located further out of town than expected. Beds were uncomfortable. Air conditioner was noisy. Refrigerator was old and broken. Not a nice place.
Date of Stay:
September, 2008
It was pretty close to everything we needed. It was not kept in good condition at all. This hotel was an absolute disaster. There were roaches in the bathroom, the lock on the patio door was busted, and the whole place smelled like sewage. The bed was uncomfortable, the guard rails on the patio were busted, and the service was non-existant. The cable wasn't many channels and was full of static.
