Our stay was excellent. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful with suggestions and directions to places we as tourists wanted to see. The room was clean and always well made the next day. When we informed them of a broken toilet seat it was immediately replaced. The free continental breakfast was more than adequate and the outside whirlpool was great to relax in after a long day of sightseeing. I would definetly recommend this hotel to travelers.

The Holiday Inn in Kent!! It's a great place to stay at for a cheap price! They definately show that they are a "full service" hotel. I didn't know what the difference was until I stayed here. Other hotels just forget about you once you check in. But at this one, they made me feel welcome and comfortable to ask for anything that I may need. They were real helpful and also provided me transportation to the local Mall. I also, enjoyed their breakfast. Eventhough it's a complimentry breakfast...they actually put out some good stuff.

My sister and I stayed for 3 nights. The beds were comfortable; lots of pillows; options for other comfort pillows upon request. The morning buffet was very good; many options. A very friendly staff. My only negative comment is that the hair dryer was not working. I did comment on this when I left; however, since neither I or my sister found this to be a problem we didn't inform the staff.

Clean, safe location, andfree breakfast. Not close to tourist attractions, shopping malls, etc. Great place for business travel, or those in transit between towns.

We stayed here one night at the beginning of our Seattle-Vancouver vacation, and one night at the end of the trip, and both experiences were excellent. Front desk staff was very efficient and helpful, and the shuttle drivers were great - I left my phone in the shuttle and they found it and held it for me at the front desk. Breakfast here was actually pretty good, and Mitzel's next door was great - except that they had just closed when we arrived a little after 10 pm. Clean, quiet, comfortable rooms at a good price, and location is convenient to airport, downtown, and ferries. Would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to have the opportunity to stay here again.

I purposely chose to not stay near the Sea-Tac airport hotels because of noise. So I booked at this hotel 25 minutes away but was keep up by the traffic on the roads just outside my windows. I would never return here. I would either stay closer to the airport and expect noise or else book at a hotel that is not situated next to a freeway (167 Valley Freeway).

Staff was friendly, proficient, and professional. Room was average okay with a comfortable bed. Mostly we didn't need heating/AC because of ambient spring weather, but the controls were better than in many hotels with a thermostat control rather than just on/off low/high. Wireless internet service was good though speed could have been a bit faster. Only complaint was that the room was rather cramped given all the furniture in it. Another two feet in both dimensions would have been excellent, or maybe a queen bed instead of a king. We ate three meals at Mitzels Restaurant next door (and attached to hotel by a breezeway.) Breakfast was good, one dinner was good and one was poor. Seems like they microwave all entrees-- including steaks. Overall a decent but not great hotel. Location was right for our purposes.

Comfortable bed, and nice linens. Small bathroom. Nothing spectacular, but comfortable and nicely decorated.

This was the best hotel we have stayed at in recent times. It had five star quality with a very low price for the amenities. The rooms had everything one could need - fridge, microwave, etc. The complimentary breakfast was excellent - had eggs, waffles fruit and more. The hotel had a great little fitness center and pool. The only drawback was the dining choices around the hotel - there were none nearby except for one which also sent room service to the hotel. The food here was rather bad - although the service was wonderful - they were kind, very quick and helpful. We had to return our rental car the day before as we had a very early morning flight (5am) and the complimentary shuttle from the hotel actually followed us to the rental place and brought us right back! The staff were wonderful, very friendly and helpful. We have a small baby and the place was quiet, they also provided us with a crib (complimentary!) All in all we got 5 star quality for less than $80 a night! Simply fantastic! I would go back and stay there if I was travelling anywhere close to Seattle

When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted by a friendly and helpful front desk person. Our suite was clean. The pool was well taken care of and our son loved it. The following morning we went to the restaurant (Mitzells) next door to the hotel. We've been to many restaurants and we've never been treated as rudely as we were at Mitzells. My family and I will never waste our time again by attempting to get a table at Mitzells. There was a group of 3 in front of us who were waiting to be seated, then us, and then several groups came in behind us. One of the groups must have found favor with the hostess because she seated them immediately and left the other 15-20 potential guests standing there. Other employees walked by or were in the close vicinity but they did not make eye contact or show in any way that they were at all interested in making sure customers were made to feel welcome. Long story short, we waited for about 10 minutes and were never acknowledged by Mitzell employees. We left the Mitzells after the 10 minutes because we were most certainly not welcome there. It is very unfortunate that Mitzells receives free advertising from the Holiday Inn. Mitzells in no way reflects the customer service ethic that is a cornerstone of the Holiday Inn business model.

"To a woman traveling alone on business, it is most important to feel safe. I was placed in an interior corridor room in the main building and felt very comfortable. The room was spotless every day, the employees were very friendly, and breakfast was great. The fitness center was ok, but it felt like you were on display to the people in the meeting rooms. The Grill next door was very good and the waitresses were friendly. I will stay the same place next year."

It was right next to the freeway. You can hear the noise from the road from your room. The beds really are not that great and the sheets and mattress topper bunch up on you. Everything is a bit run down.

"TV in bedroom broken. Never fixed after two requests. Air conditioner was ""fickle"" . Location is walking distant to nothing and seemed to be an industrial area for truckers to park their rigs. We stayed here as a package to Wild waters but it was a 20 minutesa drive. Although updated a couple years ago the carpet was dirty. Gave a $20 deduction on a 2 night stay for above....whoooopie "

Staff was friendly, room was clean. Only problem we had with the room was the TV. The pay per view movie channels did not work and the Auto setting on the heater unit did not work the fan ran all the time.

It was very clean and very comfortable. The parking was so convenient, that we were able to easily access the room from the parking lot. Loved it ! There was a fridge in the room that made noise. We unplugged the fridge at night and got a very good night sleep. I highly recommend this hotel. Very clean, very comfortable. We did not hear any other guests, well insulated. Rooms are easily accessible to parked vehicles. Staff is very friendly. The kids enjoyed the room as much as we did. Loved that the TV had hook ups for games. Loved that they had microwaves.
