Staff went beyond their duties and picked us up with the bus two hours after service had shut down. Nothing. Their staff was ready to bend over back wards to help in any way they could. Totally professional and knowledgeable about their city and what it had to offer. I will definitely stay there again.

I picked this hotel for it's excellent location. I was pleasantly surprised with the great experience I had during my stay. They treated me as if I were the only guest in the hotel. The hotel was newly renovated with lots of great extras. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Friendly staff. My family sweat all night because of poor air conditioning and we are not overweight people. I have never been so disappointed in any place that I have stayed in my life.

Hotel has bugs. Staff is rude. Roof leaks. Very noisy. Breakfast time changes without notice and they do not cook enough for the amount of guests. Do not believe hotel info in rooms all wrong. Then staff is rude when you follow room info. Do not ask for directions or area info!!

Our grandchildren loved the pool. Menu at the restaurant was limited but the food was good. It was perfect for our stay. We wanted an indoor pool for the kids and our room was GREAT.

Easy to get in and out of. Sink in bathroom would not drain, big crack in the door. In regular rooms that faced the dinning room you could see in the room. This hotel is good for a road traveler that is not looking for a fancy place to stay. I advise not to get a room that faces in the dinning room. The sheers that cover the doors allow passer's by to view in the room.

The staff was awesome and very helpful. Not a single thing to not like. The hotel was awesome. The first night in a king suite was very nice. Huge rooms, and good access to everything I needed. The second night in regular king was not much different. Only thing I missed was a fridge for keeping my daughters drinks cold but other then that, was perfect. The rooms were practically sound proof as well. very nice stay. Will stay here again!

The atmosphere of the hotel. Ended up finding a tick in the bed. The staff was friendly and helpful after a stressful day. The breakfast servers where up beat and professional even when dealing with larger numbers of people then they were equipped to handle.

Clean pool, hot tub, fitness room and beautiful view overlooking restaurant, bar, pool, etc. We liked everything! This hotel suited our needs - fitness center, pool, restaurant, and bar. We really appreciated the beautiful view everytime we walked out our door - overlooking a well-designed restaurant with greenery and soft lights. We would stay here again!

Indoor pool. Few noisy kids at night. The hotel was great. It has a beautiful decor. We really enjoyed the indoor pool and Jacuzzi, it was great to swim in a pool in the middle of winter. I had not stayed in a Holiday Inn since I was a teenager, it was a pleasant surprise. I really recommend this hotel to other.

Hotel was in quit location and very comfortable sleep was not interupted at all. Too much chlorine in the whirlpool. Enjoyed the stay very much. We were only there for one night. I wish I had found this hotel earlier as it is the first hotel in Oklahoma City that I have been able to get plenty of sleep without being disturbed before I was ready. I have recommended the hotel to others.

The lobby appearance was nice. Desk clerk upon check-in was not knowledgeable and made mistakes. Upon check-in the desk clerks made a mistake and were not knowledgeable. Talked as though he was a high school drop out. Upon entering the room and freshening up, we noticed the water smell like well water. The tub had draining issues and would not drain. Upon checkout, the desk clerk was no where to be found. We had to leave out key lying on the counter. Really unhappy with our stay there.

Great hotel with lots of great amenities for the family. Ice machines not working. Stayed here on a short weekend getaway with family. Loved this hotel and had a great time during our stay. The pool area was important to us and it did not disappoint. Would have liked a better room location and larger beds in the room but all in all we had a great time for the money spent.

Very friendly staff, nice pool area, comfortable rooms. Airconditioner loud, room's backdoors only open from inside. We had a great experience at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the pool/hot tub/fitness facilities were great. Would definitely stay here again.

Indoor pool and room service. Connections between various sections of hotel. The hotel was in a central location, had an indoor pool along with room service. It was a good place to stay overnight.
