The beds were very comfortable. The location is great. The entrance into the hotel is very confusing. The elevators are noisy. If you can find the entrance, you'll enjoy the stay. Rooms were clean; beds were comfortable, staff friendly. Our room happened to be right next to the elevator and we heard it go up and down all night and day, so make sure you have a room away from the elevators.

This place should be named buttheads and kiddy hangout! The actual staff here are nothign but childish kids and their friends hang out their with them. When you call to complain about the interenet service, they act like your inconvienceing them and when you ask for a actuall manager, you never get one but another kid who is pretending to be a manager. Their all busy playing on their cell phones and running around literally playing tag. My kids even made a comment on how stupid these kids were that was supposely running this dump hotel. the water slide was out of order and was never working...... I hope others will read this and not make the same mistake as we did. I only wish I read this earlier!!!!!

Room service stopped at eleven o'clock. The hotel was nice and clean. Refrigerated air was great. Wish there was a continental breakfast included with stay. The price of the room is high and should come.

Fair Warning to those that stay here. The staff is not friendly. It always seemed that we were bothering them. When I checked in a young man check me in. He was on his cell phone and seemed like we interuppted his call to check us in. The food in the at the bar was terrible and the manager that was on duty was not friendly and unwilling to help us out with our issues. The pool slide was closed and was a reason why we picked this hotel. I would recommend the NUDY BAR next to the hotel, NOT. a lot of undesirable traffic of homless people as well. if you stay bring you own security because they do not have any and don't care if you have any issues with break ins.

Ireally liked the bed. It was comfortable. The service and staff's attitudes.

My family and I dont get out too often, so I guess you can say a "family getaway" is going somewhere other than staying home. this place is great for taking the family somewhere without spending alot of money. The have a water slide that my kids loved, and the staff was great! When I needed something for my room, they had it up right away. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone!!

They are trying hard to improve.. Location.

Extremely difficult to get to and staff was no help. Had to drive around a couple of times to get to the hotel. Extremely unfriendly and childish staff. Had problems with the internet in my room and the computers in the business area was literally falling apart. No paper in the printers and hotel would not provide. Rooms were ok, however the worst treatment i've ever had with an actual hotel staff including management. They just didn't care!

Clean and comfortable. Excellent and 10 minutes away from the airport, close to the highway. It seems like a brand new hotel with all the latest convenience. Love it.

The rooms were dirty with left over garbage from the previous guest and their were no towels. The front desk staff were rude and neglected to try to resolve any problems. When I checked in it seemed like I was interupting their play time. it literally took 10-15 rings when I called down to the front desk to complain about the garbage in the room. It took them about 30 mins. before some one came up to empty the garbage. The wireless internet service did not work and the cable for the internet was not in the room and they refused to bring one up to me. I had to go back to the front desk for it. To top it off, the internet service continually had problems. i literally had to go to another location to use the internet. The pool water was dirty with a bad smell. Very small pool. This place was a complete nightmare and when I constantly requested to speak to a manager, it seemed like the staff kept preventing me to speak to a manager and kept on stating that they were the managers. Very unlikely considering they seemed like they were in the ir early 20's. Extremely immature and extensively unprofessional. These kids needs to work at McDonalds or an Arcade rather then a hotel which is a hospitallity business. They have no knowledge what hospitally even means. A complete nightmare........ I doubt if I would ever stay in another holiday inn again.

Very attractive rooms with microwave and fridge. It was noisy and temperature was uncomfortable and not controllable. At first we were very impressed with the overall appearance of the hotel and room. It was very nice but the hotel is located right next to the highway and was very noisy. The air conditioner fan was not controllable and would come on and go off all night waking us up. The parking was a little shady and didn't seem secure and there are signs saying 'Owner is responsible for any risk'. It was a nice hotel with a nice room but too noisy and wasn't comfortable with the security.

First off, we called the hotel to get directions and was put on hold for 15 minutes and to top it off my wife had to call back again and was put on hold again for another 10 minutes. The entrance was horrible to find and the staffs directions was no help. When we checked in my wife told the clerk that they were not very knowledgeable with their directions and he actually said, OH WELL.... He was a young man with dark curly hair and was chubby and he claimed that he was the manager in charge. The rooms were nice but their were no towels in the bathroom which we had to request. The pool was extremely small the the water slide they advertised was completely shut down. False advertising. The internet was constantly having problems and when you called the front desk it seemed like you were bothering them. The entire staff was extremely rude and disrespectful. Hotel 6 would of been a better place then this.

The pool with a water slide was a big plus for the children. There was not a continental breakfast. This is a great hotel. It has a very clean smell and appearance. The staff was very friendly. The pool has a fun waterslide which was a plus for young children.

Our first room given had no Internet service and we called to rectify the problem but the staff was extremely unhelpful and stated that they have issues with other guest. HMMMM. We waited for over 6 hours and still the so call management (x) made excuss after excuss so we demanded a new room with service. I had work to be done. The new room smelled like cigerettes and still the internet service did not work with wireless. Again I complained and asked for the G.M. to call me in the morning and never received a common courtesy phone call and made 3 other request and still no call back. I requested the owners info and left messages for him and no call back. The staff was rude and ignorant to the guest and every time you walk pass the lobby their was someone complaining. They advertise a water-slide at the pool however they neglect to inform the public that the slide is closed and locked up during the week and ONLY open for a limited time on the weekends. A ploy to lure you in! This hotel is a sure disgrace to say that they are a part of the Holiday Inn franchise. Oh by the way, (x) who claims to be the manager is some young fat stubby kid around 20-23 years old with curly hair and the rest of the staff is follows his directions on their customer service tactics. They to are young, inexperienced and just as RUDE and IGNORANT.

It smelled very clean and had a fun pool for the family. It was located in a awkward place, but was a short distance to family attraction in the area.

Very difficult to find the entrance and the employees were no help. The room smelled like smoke and we requested a non-smoking room. Complained to the front desk and they seemed like it was my problem I had to deal with. The internet wireless service did not work and again staff didn't care. The pool was extremely small and over crowded and the water slide was shut down. Extremely unhelpful staff and very childish. They acted like they were in kindergarden and look like they belong their. I would never come back!

A+ restaurants. Loud in corridors. Was a very pleasant stay except for some drunk and loud people in the middle of the night. Would recommend this hotel.

"Hotel entrance hard to find, Front desk staff were rude, People in the swimming pool area exceeded the pool's capacity limit because the pool area was tooooo small, Room was nice and clean, Had to pay for our own newspaper."

Nicely appointed rooms. Very loud children all over hotel. Nice location but difficult in and out. VERY family oriented with lots of loud children. Nice rooms but overall just not conducive to rest.
Date of Stay:

"When you have kids, having a suite with two tv's is important. Although the bedroom has no door for privacy or noise control."
