nice place and staff. There was a lingering foul smell in the hall way,like a house that has too many cats, but it wasn,t at all noticable in the room which was spotless.

We normally stay at the Hilton in Daytona but with speed weeks going on, the rooms were outrageous! I had wanted to try this place for awhile. We only stayed for one night, but what a great experience! The front desk staff was so terrific, they made check in a breeze and were so nice. The room was HUGE! One seperate bedroom with 2 double beds,super comfortable pillows (3 on each bed) and a television. Seperate bathroom,and living room with pull out couch and the most amazing view. The balcony was equiped with 2 chairs and had plenty of room for 4 to have drinks and enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean. There was a kitchenette that had a pretty good sized fridge and microwave. All glassware,and utensils are there and very clean. The living room has a good sized LCD flatscreen tv, and a table, chairs,and a side chair. They have done a great job with the renovation, (no construction sounds while we were there) some things could still use a little updating like the elevators and the bathroom vanities, but the rooms are clean safe and comfortable, but most of all WELL WORTH THE MONEY! there are some great seafood resteraunts within walking distance, and the peace and quiet of New Smyrna is a nice change from the loud streets in Daytona and it is only minutes away. You can reserve this place with no worries, I dont think you will be sorry at all.

Great oceanfront rooms for the price. 'Nice relaxing weekend. Great for beachlovers that like to relax but action seekers will be dissapointed with New Smyrna in general. I love a quiet non crowded beach however

Beach front walking distance, fantastic for kids. It's under construction. In a stormy day have to be careful. Once finished will be a superstar Holiday Inn.

The staff is the best. Room was smoking and they bombed the room and the smoke smell was gone. Just a great place to stay.

Right on the beach, and each room faces the ocean for those perfect sunrises. The room had a kitchenette so you don't have to have all your meals in resturants. Although our stay was short, it was nice.

This was my second stay here, it is was great. Wonderful ocean front 1 bedroom suite with balcony. Great to hear the surf while drifting off to sleep. Beautiful beach and walking distance to great shops, galleries and restaurants. I will return again and again. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
