We visited friends in Mesa. Our first visit to Mesa was a great expierence. We loved your hotel and location. The stay was great! Never had a bad moment there.

It was right of f the freeway & it had a really nice pool/surrounding area. Nothing. Upon check in we ended up in we think a mini suite. It had a living room separate from the bedroom. Employees were very pleasant.

Had a bad experience with staff. When we talked to the manager about it, he was completely rude (no wonder the staff is lacking, the manager is the the one who hires them). For more information about my experience, go to priceline reviews.

Good. I needed a room for family for a night as my AC was broken. Liked it.

Staff was extremely pleasant. All good. Hotel is older but amenities are great.

The hotel is being remodeled and will probably be beautiful when it is done. Had some trouble with the 'restaurant"" evening staff but the food was acceptable. The staff was very friendly and helpful and concerns were addressed promptly. I will return at some point after remodeling is complete

Hotel pool setting beautiful and the restaurant food excellent!

Rooms have been recently redone. New beds are small just full size. They used to have two queens to a room. No breakfast! Rooms have been recently redone, however beds lack a little in comfort and size. Hotel was very busy with convention business, a little noisy. No complimentary breakfast or discounts offered.

Under new Management & it shows- It is the worst stay I ever had. They say they are remodeling- what a joke! Service is non-existent

The Holiday Inn and Suits Phoenix Mesa was comfortable and clean but when we arrived at 10:30am, we couldn't check in until 3pm, because the room was not ready and that was very inconvient. Also I had to keep calling for clean towels. It would also be nice if they had a pool for small children.

We liked the microwave and fridge in the room, nicely decorated, balcony too. I haven't found quiet room air conditioning in Mesa yet. Much better than expected, equal or better than the Hilton vastly better than the Marriott.

I stayed two nights on a business trip and the hotel was under renovation. Hopefully they will be finished soon. I think the hotel will be great once the renovation is completed.

mY FAMILY REALLY ENJOYED THE AMENITIES AT THE HOTEL. THE ONLY NEGATIVES WERE: 1. THE BATHROOM WAS REALLY SMALL. 2. NO FAN IN THE BATHROOM. 3. HOUSEKEEPING CAME AT 5:00PM ONE DAY AND WE WERE GETTING DRESSED TO GO OUT. SO OUR ROOM BY THE NEXT DAY WAS A DISASTER.

The friendliness of the staff was excellent.

The Holiday Inn Hotel and Suites in Mesa was very comfortable and central to our activities. They were in the midst of a major renovation project but it did not take away from our overall stay. Staff was more than accommodating to any and all requests. Rooms were very comfortable. We were there during 110 degree weather and our room was very comfortable. The restaurant was very nice and convenient for breakfast. The pool area was very attractive and not crowded. We only used it in the evening because of the temperatures. We were there for a graduation and found it centrally located to not only Mesa but downtown Phoenix as well.

Clean and close to lots of shopping. Upgraded to a suite for no charge. Air conditioner was a little noisy. When we checked in, there were no one room king beds available so they upgraded us to a suite with a king. The staff was super. We checked in at 10:30 at night and the TV wasn't working and they came in minutes and fixed it. Has been totally remodeled with nice, clean modern rooms. I didn't swim, but it had a cool pool with a nice fountain. Two computers available for use for free. Easy access from parking lot. I would recommend to anyone. Lots of parking.

The rooms need some remodeling and updating. Our bathroom door had a hole in it. The pool is nice and clean. The bar service was slow everytime we were there. The food was good in the resturant but the service again was slow. Overall is was a nice stay.
