I expected this hotel to be ALOT!!!!!! cleaner then it was. It is after all a National Hotel Chain. The rugs were stained, coffee splattered all over walls and doors in room,it was dirty and dusty and the sheets and bedspreads were all torn or had holes in them. The bathroom was filty, floor had black stick dirt all over it. It was a nightmare. I was glad we only had to endure one night there. NEVER AGAIN

Good location for what my vacation entailed. Room keys were deactivated during stay - had to get new ones late at night.

Had my car broken into but staff helped clean up the car. Car broken into lack of secure parking. Expensive water $3.50. Great staff, and great quality of rooms.

Room smelled, outside and common areas were disgusting. The room had a terrible smell and the air conditioning was extremely loud. This hotel was not anything near a three star hotel and we are very disappointed.

The hotel staff was great. Old not up dated stains on carpet. Pool was old. I was disappointed nothing was luxurious especially not swimming pool.

Cookies & cider in the welcome area. Room was filthy, shower full of mold. Older holiday conveniently situated off freeway but difficult to access due to heavy traffic flow. Friendly staff but beat-up decor (lobby & restaurant) and old/dirty room on first floor.

Everything was neat and clean. My room had a funny smell the first day I checked in, The atmosphere of the hotel was pleasant. It was neat and clean and the help was friendly and helpful. My room ,upon entering the first day, however, smelled of covered up cigarette smoke. It was as if someone had smoked in the room and room freshener had been used to cover up the stale smell.

Friendly staff and a good restaurants. The staff was attentive and helpful throughout my stay. The price was really reasonable.

Pool, good breakfast, although pricey. Price of breakfast was too high, only ate there 1 morn. Good stay, nice friendly staff, no problems.

Nothing. This hotel was a two star at best. This hotel needs a renovation, was a two star at best. The bathroom ceiling tiles were rusted, the television did not work, the air conditioner is loud and musty. The bed linens could tell more stories than a sailor in port. Terrible experience.

Convenient location No AC in the hallways on a hot day. Convenient location, but tired hotel. Could use new beds and room makeover throughout. Pool area is well done and convenient to rooms. Staff very helpful.

Room that did not have a working clock, shower or remote for TV. They didn't even call me for my wake up call. The second day they moved me to a better room but what a terrible experience!

Bad experience. Notconducive for business travelers. Their technician could not hook me up to Internet. Only alternative was a chair in front of their checking country. When I found that the only business service they could offer me was Internet access in their lobby (a chair in front of their of their check in desk). I had to leave the old Internet dial up in the rooms is completely antiquated and could not be accessed from a modern laptop. Their technician engineer could not get me set up on it saying my computer was too new and didn't' have the right dial up drivers. NOT even close to other 3 star hotels .. paper cups... red Roof style linens in room/.. this is more of an economy hotel than a basic 3 star accommodation that should be represented by you. I LOST MY $ and VERY unhappy with the situation. Had to go to another hotel that offered Internet in the rooms and a business center (also a 3 star by your standards..and MUCH better) to conduct business in. NEVER stayed at the Holiday Inn hotel. Have not yet heard anything in result of my phone call to priveline about the problem.

The maid service was excellent. The reception desk day staff were very unfriendly. I liked the location of this hotel, but I don't think I would stay here again.

It was located in a good spot. The room was pretty gross. The hotel location was convenient and the staff was friendly, but there is no way this is more than a 2-star hotel. It was pretty gross, there was junk on the iron, orange mildew in the bathroom, and the heating/cooling unit was very out dated.

It was very quiet and the people were very nice. I like everything. Clean and smelled nice too.

Very close to the locations selected. This hotel did not seem to match the star level selected. Very nice staff but the hotel is a little dated.

Mostly the location. Elevator was broken, so was my arm and I received no assistance. Pretty standard, clean, noisy heater in room.

The staff was helpful. The room could have been a bit cleaner. Hotel was easy to find, had all the basic amenities- nothing special- fine for basic business travel.
Date of Stay:

Easy access to highway, indoor pool. Internet not working in our room, staff unprepared for information about local church services. This hotel was convenient to highway access. We found it to be outdated and a bit run down. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, and the room heater was loud. The pool was quite chilly too. Hotel staff was aloof and unable to assist us with a list of local churches and services. Internet service was not working in our room. Definitely not 4 star hotel.
