The room was clean, the bathroom was clean and not falling apart, there was a small fridge and microwave in the room. The hotel was clean easy to find and close to the highway and Rochester Tech. Institute.

I thought the room was beautiful, and I enjoyed the facilities. I was on a weekend getaway and wanted some time to just be alone. I wished the cleaning staff would not have knocked on the door and made the noise they were making at 9:13, since I was just waking up and wanted time "alone", that was the only irritation my whole trip. The room was clean and beautiful, the pool was wonderful, the front desk people where very nice. You do hear noises from the hall way, but it was overall a wonderful stay and I would very much recommend this hotel to any of my friends or family as a very nice place to stay.

Rooms were nice, used pool and had nice meal across the street. Was easy to get to from airport and from there to Rochester sites.

I liked the large comfortable bed, also that the cribs were actual cribs and not pack-n-plays. The room smelled faintly of body odor and the restaurant was not the best. Overall the hotel was very nice. The room was large enough for two cribs. The room did smell slightly of body odor. The bathroom was clean. The fridge and microwave were nice to have in the room. The air conditioner did not work very well and I woke up in the middle of the night sweating. The restaurant in the hotel was easy to get a seat at but the service was slow and the food was marginal. The hotel was very easy to find and was right off the interstate. I felt very safe in the area (a single parent traveling with two small children). The staff were eager to help me with my bags and actually took my bags to my room for me. And when I checked out I called the front desk and they sent somebody up to get my bags and bring it to the front. Everybody was very nice.

The hotel was comfortable enough. The only disappointment was finding out that their was no breakfast provided. Though there was a breakfast avaiable for purchase I waited but found no hostess to seat me. I left with a cup of coffee.

Clean, easy to find, comfortable, relaxing. Absolutely nothing. The hotel was so easy to find since it is right on one of the main roads. When we went in, the room was clean, everything was well stocked and it was comfortable to sit around in. The people at the front desk were really nice and answered all my questions on the phone and in person when we arrived.

Our stay was wonderful. We loved the location. We had several restaurants within walking distance of our hotel. Our children loved the huge indoor pool. The room was very clean and newly updated. We will definitely stay here again.

Very clean. Very noisy in the morning. Cleaning staff were loud. Overall good stay for the money. Because it's all renovated it's clean and the front desk staff is very friendly and helpful.

It was exciting to be in on the grand opening and know that everything was new, fresh and clean. The desk workers were efficient, cheerful and pleasant to work with.

Staff was exceedingly helpful and courteous, facility was brand new. I felt like room was a bit smaller than expected and pool a bit chilly. Would have liked additional seating for spouse; when I mentioned it to the staff they immediately arrived with a chair. Refrigerators were so new, no one noticed the adjustment was set on max until some soda cans exploded. The night desk staff arrived almost immediately and cleaned it up in a good natured manner. I would definitely recommend the hotel to family & friends.

The only positive thing about this hotel was it's location. Hotel room was generally dirty. Carpet was filthy. Bath and shower, dirty.

The hotel employes were very nice. The Ramada was located right near the arena my son skated at. There was plenty of restaurants and shopping.

the location was excellent in surroundings in example, food, shopping, and easy access to the thruways. no ice machine on the second floor Overall the quality and price was reasonable and it's located in a convenient area.
