My stay at the Mansfield Holiday Inn was nothing but extraordinary! Staff was wonderful and accommodating and the suite was huge and very clean. The food was great and reasonably priced; I will stay here every time I am in Mansfield. Thanks for the awesome weekend! You guys are the best!

The hotel staff was friendly, but the price was too high for the room. The beds were very uncomfortable, my neck and back still hurt a week later.

Fine but not big room if more than 2 people, especially if staying 5 days. Size of the room. Nice, clean rooms, friendly staff, very good restaurant, nice clean pool and hot tub. If traveling with family you may want to upgrade to suite.

Unlike the comment I read I found none of it in my visit true. My Family really enjoyed our stay. The staff were professional and all our need were met.We had a wonderful dining experience. A small problem getting to the pool but that was it. We loved this place and many of the staff we so friendly we felt at home. 10 stars to Holiday Inn

My family of 5 really wasn't impressed with the hotel or the service. It took nearly 4 hours to get a couple more towels since they only supplied us with 3, my son got scratched from one of their chairs, which they said they'd fix but was out after shift change. I had the ""Do Not Disturb"" sign on the door and while taking a bath, the maid came in. I will NEVER take my family back to that hotel.

Central location. Old, creepy, run down, freezing pool. I probably would not choose this hotel again. I would pick a Country Inn or a Holiday Inn express that is 5 miles out of town first. At least those wouldn't be so run down.

Very friendly staff. Great for me as I was not seeking fancy spas, pools, weight rooms, etc. Clean, comfortable and quiet.

Nice, clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable beds. Not a good location, noisy air conditioner. The hotel itself was clean and nice. I was a little apprehensive about the area, but we didn't have any problems. The air conditioner was noisy as it kicked on in the night. Heard doors slamming most of the night, but there was a group of little league baseball players on our floor so that could be expected!

Beds comfortable, towels thick, bathroom bright. Air conditioner rather noisy. Hotel was located about 5 miles off the interstate not too bad a trek, but it would have been better if it was right off I71. Parking was around the back seemed ample, but was a little walk to the entrance of the hotel, which was in the front.

Staff was very friendly. The pool was cold, elevators slow, and outside area can be scary. This is a great hotel to stay at. The pool could have been a little warmer. The area outside the hotel can be a little scary. When we first arrived there were homeless people fighting and using language so horrible I had to tell my kids to run inside. Once inside its a different world. The elevators were a little scary too, they went really slow and the housekeeper did get stuck in the elevator on her way to our room.

Nice quiet hotel, good location for family fun downtown Mansfield. Little gem for a quick getaway. Pool was excellent. Staff attentive and friendly.

The bathroom was renovated. The whole hotel has not been renovated since it was opened.

Convenient parking. Poor internet service. Could not send emails using their outgoing server. Tech support could not help.

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly. Parking was a little incovenient as only parking was in back of hotel. Hotel is in downtown area. Had to park in back of hotel, however, elevators were at front of hotel. Another long walk down to end of hall for the room. They did provide a lot of luggage carts to help with this issue.
