Proximity to airport 3 minute drive. Great location close to airport we arrived at 1am so it was close, check in was quick. Close to refuge with (trails) close to mass transit train that takes you into city, close to mall of America restaurants, great stay very pleased.

Made our reservation in advance, when we arrived they had to check to see if a room was ready. Was travelling with two infants. We received a new room on a different floor, could not get to the ninth floor as they negected to tell us it was a "Prioity floor" and you needed to use your key to activate ninth floor button. Our new room had dust webs on the ceiling corners, abd the bathtub drain was not hooked up. When trying to find out how to get to the ninth floor desk clerks were not that helpful and should have informed us when the change was made.

The rooms were decorated beautifully and very clean! This hotel was wonderful and the room was large. I loved the way it was decorated and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

"I would stay at this hotel again, but the elevators are really messed up. They did not stop and the proper floors half the time and I got stuck on one of them for a good 2 minutes trying to get off. If you were in a hurry.... better take the stairs if you want a great cardio workout, we were on the 6th floor of 13."

It was clean and the bed was comfortable (with a fitted sheet). The hallway carpet was not attractive. It was a quality stay in a clean room with a comfortable bed.

This is a super hotel. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. Parking is free. It is located in an adjacent parking garage but it is not a problem. Well worth the price. Dining could use some improvement. Breakfast bar was warm at the op0ening hour. I would definitely stay here again.

The rooms were very comfortable and clean; we liked that there was a refrigerator in room. Waitress at hotel restaurant (breakfast) was not good/unprofessional-admitted to us she shouldn't have gone out the night before working.

Flat screen TV. Bed wasn't very comfortable and was dirty so we had to switch rooms. Also the room service wasn't great.

"We were very happy with this hotel. Location is good - very easy to get to and close to the Mall of America. The walls were thick enough that it was nice and quiet - didn't hear other guests. The pool was nice and big, so it was usable even when busy. We enjoyed our stay. "

I liked the shower and sun lamp in bathroom. The heater was loud and the fridge gurgled. I liked that the hotel was conveniently located to the light rail atations. I also liked the shower, the bed was comfy, the hotel staff was very helpful, and our room was quiet although there was a sci-fi convention in the hotel the first few days of our 6 day stay.
