Staff at this hotel was very friendly and the location to the major highway and shopping was excellent. Unfortunately I had a boys baseball team sharing the floor with me so a little loud. This is a relatively new hotel so everything is very clean. The check in and out was seamless with very pleasant staff.

The cleanliness, friendliness and helpfulness of the staff made for a super short overnight stay. The beds and pillows are soooo comfortable that I joked to the manager to help me fit both the bed and pillows into our van. I asked if my stay could be extended to a 1PM check-out and I was assured that was no problem. I ended up staying until almost 3 PM and there was not only any problems with that, I was not charged extra. My only complaint is that room service is not offered after 10 pm nor is the restaurant or bar open after 10 pm. Highly recommended. A great night sleep for the money and fyi it now has an indoor pool and fitness center just to update.

had a lovely time - was checked in quickly and treated very well in the dining room and by the staff who answered all my shopping/clubbing questions and gave good advice on where to go in London for fun.

flowers, easy to find our way around one elevator was out of service Basically stayed in our room for the duration of stay. Bathroom was nice, enough towels and complimentary robe a bonus, heating controlled by us and the bed was comfortable.

The food in the restraurant was very good. My kids enjoyed the pool. When we were eating the waitress could have said there was no refills on the oj, but charged me any ways.

Pool, hot tub and excersise room were nice. We were not pleased that we were given a smoking room. Good location for us. Shopping and a supply company that we do business with was close by. Staff was courteous and hotel was clean. They should, however, have someone get to the snow shovels to clear walkways to vehicles. Parking lot was covered and very slippery. Didn't look like a plow had been up and down the driveways. My wife liked the pictures in the lobbies. We even met some "new friends", at least they thought we were. It was fun!

The location was excellent and close to a lot of shopping. The beds were brand new and soft, gave us both backaches. A very nice location. The room was well kept and inviting. We were close to lots of dining facilities and shopping.

The cleanliness of the hotel and the comfort of the bed. I liked everything. Great place to stay the staff was friendly and courteous and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I would recommend it to anyone.

Clean. Very small room, no table and no fridge. The hotel was far from full.
