The units include a living room (with a pull-out sofa bed), a kitchen/dining area with a full-size fridge, a stove, a microwave oven, a dishwasher and a separate bedroom with 2 queen-size beds. The Sunset Condo Villas enjoy courtyard views and the Marina Condo Villas have waterway views. Both sleep up to 4 persons, with a maximum of 2 adults and feature, on the 1st floor, a living room (with a sofa bed), a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a balcony. The second floor has a lofted bedroom with a king-size bed, a large walk-in closet, and a spacious bathroom with a spa tub and a walk-in shower. Furthermore, all accommodation comes with a private bathroom with a shower/bath.

Boat rentals can be arranged at the hotel marina. The hotel itself features 2 swimming pools (1 of which is heated), including a large free-form swimming pool with waterfalls and a pirate ship, all beside a children's play area. How to get there
Guests coming from Tampa and Tampa International Airport should take the Interstate 275 South and cross the Howard Franklin Bridge. Once on the other side of the water, take the Largo/688 Exit (#31) and follow it for approximately 20 km. At this point they should approach the Indian Rocks drawbridge. Once on the other side of the bridge, take the first left before reaching the lights and following the signs to the hotel.
