Clean rooms, friendly staff, beautiful hotel. Noisy kids in the room next to us. We had a suite - which was fantastic - especially for the price.

The hotel was very clean, very new, and the staff were very polite. The only problem I had was the fact that the AC unit in the room is motion controlled. Now I understand why they do this (economy, environment, etc), but a little warning would have been nice on a 95 degree day. We were out all day in the heat and we returned to a room with a temp around 80. It took almost and hour and a half for the room to cool off. As nice as it was, I won't stay again.

It was great to have 2 gueen sizes beds in a hotel room instead of the usual 2 double beds. The Hotel was clean and the staff was very nice. I would stay at this location again.

Almost new, very quiet, convenient andfriendly staff. I found most of the four pillows harder than usual. Not important, though. Just a couple of miles from downtown Williamsburg and the College of William and Mary makes this hotel special for visiting alumni. Our visit was short but extremely comfortable. The hotel is a non-smoking establishment.

We were upgraded to a suite and it was great. The beds were very comfortable and the room was roomy. It was great having a refrigerator and mirowave in the room. Loved this hotel and would stay again.

WOW!! This place was outstanding! It was clean (and I'm very particular about this), had very friendly staff at the front desk and the dining room and they treated us like we were the only ones staying there. The rooms are very big and with the sitting area, it was perfect for our family. The breakfast buffet and dinners were also delicious and with kids-eat-free perks, how can you beat it??? We will definately stay here again when we come to Williamsburg. The hotel is a little on the pricey side for a Holiday Inn, but it was worth it. I would highly recommend it again and I can't say that about too many hotels these days.

Check in was easy and front desk went out of their way to accomodate our request for a room on the second floor. Staff was always very friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable, clean and it was quiet during sleeping hours. The dining area was convenient and again, staff went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied with the quality of service and the food. The pool and hot tub were wonderful after walking all day seeing the local sites. I would definitely stay there again.

I couldn't believe how cool this hotel was. The interior design is amazing. The bed was more comfortable than my bed at home. The restaurant was unbelievably good. Holiday Inn has really classed up.

Met all my needs. The pool was cold and a little cloudy. This was a fantastic hotel and had spacious rooms with all amenities. The staff was super and would help you in every way to ensure you have a pleasant stay. Conveniently located near food, shopping and Busch Gardens/Water Country. Will stay here again.

Our time in this hotel was awesome! The staff was helpful and patient with us as we had some issues with having to extend our stay. The room was great and the place was clean. The location was good, as it was only a 5 minute drive from the interstate, as well as downtown Williamsburg and the attractions there. My only criticism was the hotel's restaurant--it didn't have much selection and it was a little pricey. Other than that, everything was great! For what we paid (about $85/night) we got quite a bit in return. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay there!

This place saved us! We originally made reservations at the Ramada Inn 1776 and were so disgusted with our choice we had to immediately check out and try to find a hotel in town that was open. The woman at the front desk, X, went above and beyond any customer service that we've seen in order to get us in a nice room and keep us there all 3 nights- they were booked the last night due to the holiday but she took a chance and said she'd take care of us. The food at the restaurant is great- although there is a limited menu. The hot tub and pool are great. Please please please consider staying here- the beds are comfortable and the people are nice.. will definitely stay here again!!

I stayed at this hotel with my 10 year old son. And we both loved it. I am very picky about where I stay and was a little worried about staying at a Holiday Inn. However, this Holiday Inn is very clean, the rooms are nicely done, the pool was also clean, I felt very safe, the halls were very quiet at night, and the woman at the front desk were very nice and helpful. The location is excellent, it is about a two minute drive from Colonial Williamsburg. It is close to about every restaurant chain you can think of. The Outlet Center is about 5 minutes away. I don't think there is a newer hotel in the area.
