The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly. The hotel was close to all major highways and was secluded enough to be quiet. Bed was very comfortable.

Staff is excellent. Clean. This was a perfect place to stay. Quiet, clean, nice, convenient, restaurant offers a variety of food, room service is fast and friendly. I will stay here each time I come back to Hattiesburg.

There is a Kitchen but no utensils whatsoever. The restaurant can provide you a set of dishes. Bring your own cookware and accessories. The desk chair was too low to reach my keyboard. The staff was helpful. We did not eat at the restaurant. The room is comfortable. I will stay where the kitchen has cookware next time.

This hotel is a beautiful hotel. I could not believe this beautiful of a hotel would be in Hattiesburg Misissippi.

We had some plumbing problems: tub didn't drain well, no hot water, toilet didn't flush well. To the hotel's credit, we were moved to a better room when we complained, but they should never have rented a room in such condition in the first place.

Friendly staff, they did not disturb us. There was way too much furniture in the room. There was alot of furniture in the room. Not much room to move around in. It was clean and the staff does not disturb you if the sign is on the door.

The front desk staff was very nice and the room was very clean. The layout of the room was a little awkward, but still comfortable. The breakfast hours were great for us, but the staff seemed disorganized and ill prepared for late morning customers. Located just off the highway so access was very good.

Clean and family orientated. Nothing. Upon arrival and departure, the staff was very friendly and professional. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.

Visited my husband while he was on a weekend pass from Shelby... very pleasantly surprised at the room we received. It was spacious and clean. Some minor cleaning details in the bath, but otherwise, very good. I was happy and comfortable. I'd stay here again.

I have stayed at many Express Hotels, and this was one of the better value stays I have encountered.

It was all very upscale looking and felt clean. Room layout was odd. When you pulled out the couch, it was hard to get around it. Also wished they had free breakfast. Enjoyed the hotel. It was very clean and upscale. We just stayed one night passing through. If you got a king room with a pull out couch for the kids, it was difficult to get around the couch to the bathroom. If you want to sleep late be sure and put the do not disturb sign up. They knocked on our door twice within a short period fairly early (before 9am) wanting to clean. Overall good experience though!

Where to begin? Worst hotel stay EVER. Keycard system didn't work so we had to have staff let us in everytime we left our room. Our room was left open and unattended by staff once--anyone could have entered and stole our stuff. Microwave didn't work, iron was broken, A/C roared and didn't cool. Bathroom nasty. Complaints to staff ignored. At * (inc. tax), overpriced for a small, nasty room.

Right off the interstate. Internet stated DVD player in every room (bought several movies to watch) but no players, lobby smelled due to painting (made me nauseous b/c I'm pregnant), would not assist us with getting transportation, could not go anywhere due to no transportation, taxi service was poor - 3 hour wait and never showed up. I will never stay there again.
