Over and above service by pm manager on arrival. Felt like a hotel in this price range should have had a complimentary continental breakfast. Only had restaurant in am.

I have stayed here twice in the last year. The rooms are wearing down fast. The beds are worn and the carpetis extremely worn. The staff was excellent and the food was good. Just needs upgrades.

The staff was incredible friendly and helpful. Two bugs in our room! It was nice and quiet and a relaxing cool place after the State Track meet!

Staff did nothing to assist us just said "oh, well sorry." We are birth over 60. This hotel has only 2 luggage carts for the entire hotel. I travel with an oxygen concentrator, which is cumbersome but not a problem when luggage carts are available. My husband had to make 3 trips to get our needed luggage to the room. At checkout there was a cart, but after loading it it had a flat tire. We were told with the economy there was no one to help us. Needless to say we will not be staying at a Holiday Inn again.

Rooms had been recently remodeled. Lots of train whistles in the night on the nearby tracks. The clerk at the front desk told me that a complimentary continental breakfast buffet was included in the room price, but it was not. It was $7.95 pp + tax.

It worked for a one night stay. The sink and tub were both clogged.

Friendly staff. Nothing. Excellent staff, excellent service!
Date of Stay:

Centrally located between airport and city. The room was a bit tight for a king sized bed but was comfortable, clean and quiet. Microwave and refrigerator were a nice bonus. I was originally given the key card to a room that was still occupied and that should never happen. Free coffee in the lobby. As for the restaurant on premises the appetizers were ready after the main course was served.

Decore, cleanliness. Bathroom sink drain stuck, restaurant under staffed. Was very impressed with the lay out and decore of the room, everything was clean.

Very clean, easy to find andlocated close to downtown where I needed to be. Small rooms.

Clean room & comfortable bed. Neighborhood is not the greatest. Poor hot tub. Overall, this hotel was very nice. Rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. Swimming pool was nice, but the hot tub needs updated. Panhandlers were in the parking lot in the morning while we were checking out.

It was very clean and seemed to be updated somewhat. Light out in bathroom, no one to fix it, asked us to fix it, couldn't get the cover off so had a dark bathroom. We thought the price was too high especially to not include a breakfast of some sort with the room. They did have coffee available as the coffee pot in the room had to be plugged in with the cord over the sink - not good! The bed was very comfortable and smelled fresh and clean. Probably won't stay there again.

I liked the price and location of the hotel. I was hopingbreakfast for free. I would recommend this hotel. It is centrally located in the city and was easy to use.

The bede was extremely comfortable. The desk clerk was slovenly.

Decent breakfast buffet price $(7.50). Ridiculous breakfast price if you don't want buffet. The small room was comfortable enough, the restaurant hours are severely limited, the food was decent and everything else was what you'd expect from an economy hotel. Pool was green.
Date of Stay:

Didn't spend enough time there, only was there for one night.

Overall, clean nice room. The air conditioner unit did not work properly and the refrigerator was making a noise. Also, when I checked in I felt like I was one of them. The hotel is downtown, fairly easy to access, not in an area you would want to walk around at night. The rooms were small, but clean and nice.

Mold on the wall behind the curtains, fridge made a knocking noise.
Date of Stay:

Free coffee by elevator. Extremely loud neighbors. I was not impressed by hotel management in their abilities to reduce noise from large groups.

Staff nice, clean. Paint loose, sink would not drain. The staff was super nice, clean all the way around, good location. The downside was the paint on the bathroom ceiling was falling down and the bathroom sink would not drain.
