Had an indoor pool. Hotel was quiet and the heating system was digital and operated very well. Hotel met my expectations exactly and I would recommend highly.

Staff was very accommodating. Pillow selection offered. Majority of rooms had exterior entrances. Rooms were clean and pretty comfortable, although hotel seemed kind of old. Staff was very accommodating. Good for short stays, but would not recommend for long vacations.

The desk attendant, Blaze, was exceptionally helpful. The staff was helpful when I checked in and the room was as expected (nice). The room was quiet and the maids honored the do not disturb sign (wonderful!). I need a later checkout and it was granted cheerfully. Very good experience.

Smelled bad. This whole facility is tired and smells. The mattresses have a plastic cover over them which makes you sweat at night. The room smelled bad and the internet connection was faulty bumping you off constantly. I would not want to stay here again.

It was located near all the conveniences needed to have a good time. Standard rooms were a bit small; my room didn't have a dinning table. We arrived late night and the room was very clean and inviting for sleep. The next morning we enjoyed a buffet breakfast, although it cost almost $12 a person. The cinema theater was within walking distance; all types of restaurants were within 3-5 minutes away. The bridge to New Orleans was less than 10 miles and there were golf courses nearby. Overall this was a good choice for the money; the indoor/outdoor pool and exercise area were good too.

Excellent pool. Indoor and can swim to outdoor pool! Didn't have anything I didn't like. It was very nice. This hotel is in a nice location close to shopping and restaurants. It was clean. The room was nice and had a large bathroom for a hotel. The pool area was great for the kids. They have an indoor and outdoor pool that connects. They also have a Tiki bar at the pool.

Nothing. Outside entrances, room smelled, window unit ac, staff not friendly, put in back of hotel outside upstairs. When I checked in, it was not a smooth process. It was a two story motel with outside entrances (some inside entrances). I was placed in the back of the hotel on the 2nd floor. When I verbalized concerns of the location, I was told, Oh, I stay back there myself and prefer it back there you are certainly safe. But I will move you if that will make you feel better. The room smelled of old musky air, there was a window unit that did not work well. The furniture was cheap and old.

The maid did an excellent job of cleaning our room. There was a baseball group of screaming kids till 3 am. The hotel was nice. I don't believe the cost is equal to the room though. It was very clean, and maid service was great. Only problems were a baseball group there, and the kids were loud till 3 am for 2 nights in a row. Also, the staff put us in a room with wet carpet from the AC unit so we had to pack up and change rooms. The key would not work and every time we left the room we would have to go to the front desk to reset out key. One more thing we looked forward to the hot tub but it was broke. It was cool instead of hot.

Location. Not worth the money they are charging, but that is post Katrina New Orleans It was fine, clean and typical Holiday Inn. Need I say more?

Close to the interstate. Smelled clean but may have mold and/or dust mites that caused allergic reaction. It has a nice lobby area for different activities including a bar, pool tables, lounging, swimming (in/out). The room is comfortable, looks and smells clean with a small frig. and microwave.

It had a beautiful lobby and indoor pool. Hard beds, noisey AC units, rooms not very clean, evidence of previous quest in room. I e-mailed you on Saturday June 18, 2005 regarding our disappointment with this Hotel in Covington. It definitely is not a 3 star hotel.

The price was good The location of the Ice machine and vending machine was outside in an unfenced area. The ice machine was at the end of the building, outside in an unfenced area. The bath tub was brown with soap scum film. There was a used tampax pad under the sink that was never removed during my stay that did not belong to me or my roommate.
