When I arrived at the airport I used the complimentary shuttle to get to the hotel. They ended up bringing me to a hotel which I did NOT have reservations at, the shuttle then had to bring me BACK TO THE AIRPORT to figure out which holiday inn i was staying at. It was very unorganized and I was upset because it took me two hours to get to the hotel when the airport was only 5 minutes away!!! ABSOLUTELY REDICULOUS considering I called the hotel when my plane landed to tell them to send the shuttle for me.

Location between mall and training location. I wish it would have had a continental breakfast. Friendly staff. Hotel was clean. I liked the open area with chairs that could be used to just sit and relax. The pool looked like fun even though I didn't use it.

The staff put me in a room that was already occupied because they were too busy with pick-up vans on the phone and with other people calling for reservations. When I went back to get another room, they could not find me in the computer system. After much ado, they finally moved me to another room where the hallways reaked of cat urine. This time I was escorted to my room to make sure it was vacant. The room was smaller than the Holiday Inn Express I stayed at earlier in the week elsewhere and was way out dated. There was only a foot or so of room around the bed and the shower was in bad repair. This hotel needs renovations in the worst way. The pool was under construction and there is no security to the parking lot along with bad lighting. Not a good place to be where you have to leave anything in a vehicle. The airpot shuttle only begins service at 6:00 am, so don't stay here if you have an early flight unless you want to pay an extra day on your rental car.

Our first room, the ac did not work so the lady at the desk gave us another room. The second room smelled so bad. As soon as I opened the door the smell was so bad I could not even walk in the door. I went back to the desk and the lady gave us another room. Never in all three times did the lady at the desk apologize. The whole reason for staying at this hotel was to get a good night sleep before our flight. I think we slept a total of 3 hours between switching rooms.

Staff went out of their way to remedy a problem. Maintenance needs to do a better quality job on a few things! Hotel was priced fairly. Had a problem with my first room and it was handled instantly! Staff was pleasant and accommodating. I had a wonderful stay!

Sorry to say, this place is a dump. For a not inexpensive room rate, we soon understood that we had made a poor selection of optional, nearby hotels. Most notable was that the beds were uncomfortable and the room HVAC was incredably noisy with the result that there was no chance for getting decent rest. In addition, In the morning we discovered the remnants of a roach in our bed! Rooms either look into a dreary atrium or onto parking lots. Windows sealed shut. This is an older property that is hanging on only by reason of its name brand and location but little else. We all can do much better elsewhere.

The Holiday Inn Hotel and Suites Airport Columbus was not a very good time for us. Our first room had a leak in the ceiling by the door and the room wasn't very clean. We had to ask for another room which was suppose to be a non smoking room but smelled heavy of smoke. The bathroom light was not working and the room wasn't very clean. The walls needed a coat of paint. It might be close to the airport but wasn't worth the price.

Food was pretty decent. Pool area nice. Staff rude. Room terrible! Toilet not working, door not closing, heater not working. Had to change rooms. Unhappy with staff. We had to change rooms due to Toilet not working, heater not working only on high, door not closing.

Stayed on the way to fly out on vacation with my wife. Nice bar area and atrium pool like the old Holidome but greatly updated and new. Food suprisingly good. room with view of pool was nice. Parking was free for 5 days with stay had to pay only few dollars for extra day. Staff has "bend over backward" feel. Solid Hotel.

The Holiday Inn Airport was in an excellent location for my business appointment and to other areas of interest. The food was served fresh and hot from the kitchen. The price tag on these tasty items were very reasonable and well within my budget.The staff was friendly and willing to help with all of my requests. As a woman traveling alone, I felt safe and secure in their capable hands.I have already recommened this hotel to my friends; and I will repeat my stay.

The staff did everything they could to make up for the inconvenience. The hotel was very clean and nince. The area is not in the best location but that is because of the location of the airport. It is were I needed to be. The endside of the hotel more than makes up for the area that the hotel is in.

The Holiday Inn at the airport is a great place to get some rest. Or if you prefer to take a swim, pool area is very nice. The room was comfortable and clean. I would recommend this place to my friends.

Good location off interstate. Basic hotel with basic service. Hot tub was broken, a hand written sign placed above the green water informed the public of its condition. The hot tub right next to the pool made the relaxation area unattractive.

Actually when my daughter and I arrived at the airport we called the hotel phone there and they sent a shuttle right away to pick us up. When we arrived at the hotel, we were like 4 hours before hotel check in time but they put us in a room anyway...the entire staff were kind during our stay there at the hotel, I would definitely go back there again...

It was clean. Staff was friendly. Getting double-billed. It was a nice hotel. The only thing that went wrong was that their computers went down so we weren't able to rent a movie and they woke me up early (for me early) because they couldn't tell who had left yet.

Spacious, pleasing to the eye and quiet. The bathroom had issues with handles on the shower and the floor molding was missing.

Convenient to airport. No emergency power for rooms. The electricity went off at 3AM. No hot water, no lights, no alarm or phone. Absolutely horrible preparation for such an emergency.

Check-in was quick and easy. Pool. I greatly resent the inflated price that the hotel charged me. Aging. Black around underside of sink. Mirror had large scuff marks on it. We did not use the pool, but it looked very inviting. Hotel is miles from the airport.
