Overall, my stay was great. I only had a few minor issues: housekeeping did not honor my 'do not disturb' sign, but I think someone took it out of my door, so she did not see it. And lastly, I had requested a toothbrush and I did not get it until the next day after requesting it for the second time. Plenty of good parking that is free!

My room was located near a parking structure and heard car alarms going off quite frequently. Just a bit annoying. Good location for Disneyland and many places to dine near by. I was traveling with a group of 10 and enjoyed the courtyard area by the pool that had tables where we were all able to sit as a family and enjoy our meals together. Staff was totally friendly and the hotel was super clean.

The hotel is about 15min away from Downtown Disney walking. They do offer shuttle service for a price of $4ea adult and $1ea kid 12 and under that runs every 20min. I opted out on the shuttle and walked to Downtown Disney, then took the monorail straight to Disneyland which drops you off at Tomorrowland. You must already have a ticket to Disney in order to take the monorail. If you do not like to walk I suggest that you buy 1 ticket for the shuttle, drop off your family at Disney, drop the car back to the hotel and take the shuttle back to Disney do the same when you pick up your family, take shuttle, get your car and pick up your family. The hotel is very nice I had the standard room w/2 queen beds and it was very spacious. The suites were much larger, i know since my brother booked it for his family which sleeps 7 people and has a kitchen, ref, micro, etc...Standard rooms does not have ref nor micro in room. Breakfast was okay it was a continetal bfast buffet $6.95adults and kids 12 and under eat free at the time of our visit. Overall the hotel, service and the amenities are awesome for the price that I have paid compared to the hotels that are closer to Disney entrance that I have previuosly stayed before. My next trip to Disney, we will definetely stay here again!

The room was clean, nice set up. No wait and great service in the restaurant- and the kids ate free. The pool is clean and towels plenty. We had a rental car to park at Disney, which was VERY close and the signs left no question where we needed to go. Great hotel for a family trip.

The room was ok but small especially with a crib. There were 3 adults and 2 children and we had no where to put our suitcases that wasn't in the way. We used the 3 drawers for the kids since they had to be changed to most. The desk was the only other surface large enough to put a suitcase. The biggest issue we had was being checked into an already occupied room. They did send someone with cards to our new room and we settled in quickly, but I wasn't thrilled at having to get dressed at 2 in the morning and go back to the front desk to re-register. I was told they counldn't use the info I provided to check into the wrong room!

Nice rooms. Restaurant was being remodeled so they did not have room service or food. Also the movie on demand was not working. When I am searching for a hotel those are the two things that I always look for before booking. The rooms were nice, and had a lot of room which was nice when traveling with three small children. The hotel overall was nice, but I will not return again for a while.

This was our first trip to California in a very long time. I got a great package deal through online travel website . We stayed at the Holiday Inn for 6 nights. It was a very nice hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and well kept. We were very impressed with this hotel. It was just a short walk to Disneyland also which made it very nice. Our stay there was very relaxing and enjoyable and we would recommend this hotel very highly.

I have stayed at the Holiday Inn on Walnut twice now for Disneyland trips, and I was very happy both times. True, the room service leaves a bit to be desired, but you hardly stay at a hotel near Disneyland to enjoy their fine cuisine -- you want a close, comfy place to sleep in between rides on the Tower of Terror!The best part of staying here? The morning walk to the parks. Just head down Walnut, turn left at Magic Way, and then follow underneath the Monorail right to Downtown Disney. It's a quick mile or so, and it gets you ready for a day of walking around the DLR.It's nothing special, we can all agree, but this is a friendly, well-maintained hotel that's all about location, location, location.

While staying at the Holiday Inn in Anaheim we visited Disneyland which by the way was super close to the hotel. Not quite close enough to walk but it is possible ..and very close to Downtown Disney. The staff was awesome.. everyone we were in contact with was very nice. The only thing that we didn't like was that there was no refrigerator or mircowave but they are available for rent. There are lots of places to eat near by. The hotel was very clean and very well maintained. We also liked the fact that the a/c had a heating option. Our entire trip was very comfortable.

No internet, unhappy staff and restaurant was closed for construction. The hotel was in a quiet location but necessitates a vehicle. The rooms were small and would be a challenge for a family of four or five and impossible for more.

The rooms were fine, beds comfy, breakfast options were minimal/disappointing. It's a long walk to Disney...if you have small kids, or any feet or leg problems for adults spring for the ART bus pass at the hotel. ($4 for adults $1 kids per day) If going back and forth to Disney for several days get the three day pass and save a little money. No one told us about this option at the hotel. Our bus driver told us on the third day. Bonus, we could see the Disney fireworks from our hotel. It was an OK hotel for the money.

The room was mediocre and the view from our window was a huge parking garage. Wanted to use the internet near the front and they were going to charge me for it. I said "NO THANKS!" Kids had fun in the pool. Questions were not answered in a friendly manner. Got it cheap on Hotwire and maybe that was the problem. Didn't care for my stay here.........

The staff was friendly and helpful. The renovations are nice and felt like I was in a newer hotel. We were disappointed that there was only a breakfast buffet. We didn't eat there otherwise so I don't know what is served for other meals. Great location for Disney (and other attractions) and good price for a clean room. Bring your own pillow. They were stubby and poofy which gave me a horrible ache in my neck.

I really enjoyed the pool. Nothing. The upgrade charge is what bugged me more than anything. The hotel itself is great I can highly recommend it.

The hotel was very clean and the beds were so comfortable. The rooms were a nice size. The hotel is located very close to Disneyland. We walked some days and also took the shuttle. The shuttle bus comes quick so you spend a very little time waiting. Stayed for 9 days in this hotel and never had one problem. The pool temperature was perfect. The ease of coming in and out of the hotel was easy. Really enjoyed the free parking so many other hotels charge for parking. I have stayed at several other hotels in the Disneyland area and this is one of the most comfortable, affordable hotels around. Great price and value. Would stay again for sure!

The room was okay but the front desk did not do a good job in taking responsibility for their actions. We had created reservations through the internet and tried to contact them personally for information for my company to issue a business check for my stay there. After trying to get a hold of someone who could help me the day before I left for my trip, they did not inform me that they do not accept business checks unless it was sent 2 weeks before. When I did check in, I was stuck in this situation for almost 2 hours--no one seemed to understand what was going on and I had to take make an alternate payment with my business. The manager was not friendly and I recieved no cooperation from the staff or manager. They just simply gave the "it's not our fault" attitude, which it was. I could have been told that business checks were not accepted when I finally spoke to someone from their office. I was very dissappointed and would not stay with Holiday Inn again.

Rooms were clean, staff was friendly and helpful. My main gripe is the level of amenities in the rooms. As the location is right next to Disneyland it's clear the rooms were designed for people who weren't going to be spending any time in them. I'm a cost-conscious traveler and typically don't spend a lot for accommodations, but almost every room I've ever stayed in (at less-expensive chains) has had at least double the channel selection on TV, a small refrigerator, a microwave, and internet that wasn't out for half my stay (and requiring people who don't have wireless to bring their own ethernet cable - really?). Lot of kid activity in the halls, but that's my fault for staying next to the happiest place on Earth. Clearly a great place for families spending all day at amusement parks; for people hanging out in their room waiting for their friends to get off work, not so much.

Up-scale and modern looking Asian based design in lobby/restaurant. Did not require the card key to open exterior doors. Left me with and insecure feeling in a place far from home. Upon entrance into the hotel parking lot and seeing the exterior of the hotel I thought I was staying in another motel. As I checked in and found the staff was accommodating . The lobby area is very pleasing to the eye. When i got to my room i was extremely pleased with the set up and plushness of the room. I would DEFINITELY stay again.

The hotel itself was satisfactory with no complaints. I did however feel mislead by the "restaurant" in the hotel and kids get free breakfast. There is not actually a restaurant in the hotel, it is an area where they provide continental breakfast each morning. The kids do not pay for breakfast but the cost for an adult was overpriced for the breakfast choices which consisted of cold cereal, muffins, yogurt and bananas.

The hotel was well worth the money. There were other hotels in the area for less money, but the quality wasn't one of a Hloliday Inn. Great location, five minutes from Disneyland and 10 from Knott's Berry Farm.
