Friendly staff, truly clean rooms. Had to call out for another iron. For the money, this was one of the best hotels I've stayed in from NM to IA on several years. Staff was responsive, professional. Rooms were a bit small, but very clean. Linens were new, beds were comfortable. Draperies were effective light-blockers. Didn't hear any noise from next-door occupants.

Close to airport .Pick and drop off the next day quick and efficient. Rooms were spacious, clean and very attractive. Beds huge, very comfortable. Price was great! Highly recommend it!

One main factor was the free shuttle service to Old Town. Despite the website info and info in the room, there was no free shuttle to Old Town. I understand gas is going up but false advertising is false advertising. IMHO, advertising should be honored. The 3 mile radius was a benefit though. After the first day, the staff warmed up. We did start off on the wrong foot due to them not picking us up at the airport for over 1/2 hour, especially when they were like right there at the airport. I even called the day before to let them know we were coming, but they did not take down our info and said to call when we had our bags. Albuquerque does not have much going for it as we did not find much selection in things to do. I think I would have liked to have spent a couple days in each major area rather than base ourselves near the ABQ airport.

The staff at this hotel were outstanding. We were in town during a difficult time for our family and were spending a lot of time at a local hospital. The staff went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable and stress-free as possible. The hotel and rooms were clean and everything was well maintained. We would be happy to stay here again. Holiday Inn should be proud of their employees!!! A big thanks to the front desk staff.

Cleanliness and staff friendliness. Location hard to find hotel sign not very visible. Nice hotel relatively new/updated decor. Friendly staff. Very comfortable room and bed. Room temperature control very accessible. Convenient (and not too pricey) snacks available for late comers.

The location to the airport is excellent and to the freeway, staff have been very friendly and the room is really clean. Better than I expected, I will definately stay here on all future business trips to the area.

Very handy for the airport. Had a bar/restaurant no need to walk out. Could be more lobby seating for meetings etc. Bar area only open after 5pm.

If you need a place near the airport, H/I Select is a good choice. Food is decent, Rooms are new and clean. Easy to get to airport since it is only a mile away. Shuttle runs every 1/2 hour from 5am to 8 pm.If you are going to stay in Albuquerque for a while there are better choices, since you are kind of a long way from dining and attractions, but this place is a good value.

Very close to the airport with free shuttle service to and from. It was overpriced, but I believe only because of the annual balloon fest. Very clean. Helpful staff. Good shuttle. Overpriced for the night we stayed. Felt gouged but believe it was because we had to stay during the balloon fest.

Lobby was decorated very well. The room directions were a little confusing. Room was clean but small. The ac worked well and was not too noisie or drafty. I liked the shower stall with shaving mirror. Nice touch. However, it was broken.Dinner was not very good!! Wait staff was ok.

Polite & courteous staff make for a safe & comfortable stay. Nothing. I usually do not travel alone, my family comes with me. I was traveling to see my Dad that is ill. So being in a safe, comfortable & accommodating hotel was very important and this hotel was all that. The staff were very polite. I needed a shuttle to the airport at 4 a.m., it was provided, so was a shuttle back to the hotel after my trip. This was a nice stay and I will recommend it to my friends.

The view. The hotel has lots of nice amenities and potential to be excellent, however the room was not complete with construction and dirty and I had to move in the middle of the night.

Tricky to get to from highway ... easy to see but getting there took a few steps. Once there, however, my stay was fantastic! Clean, comfy bed and wonderful king room. Pool well-maintained, including hot tub and sauna. Lounge is small but includes munchies and excellent mixed drinks. Plan to stay again on my next trip.

The beds and bedding are so soft and comfortable you sleep like a baby. The outside parking lot light was like a stadium light that shone right onto our room. Clean and modern rooms. The rooms had refrigerator and microwave which is great for families.
