The hotel is clean and quiet, the rooms large and comfortable, no complaints. I didn't use the pool or fitness room so can't comment on that. Ate several meals in the restaurant and the food was well prepared, flavorful, and plentiful. Breakfast could be a bit inconsistent though with a nice fluffy omelet or pancake one day and the next day greasy or overdone. Every member of the staff that I met or dealt with was friendly, courteous and helpful. This is the second time I've stayed there and will do so again on my next trip to Fort Campbell. Hopkinsville is a hike to shopping or better dining, but has a Walmart and all of the usual fast food joints. A few local places are hiding in between. I didn't have a chance to try them out this trip.

The staff was friendly enough and access was ok. There was mold behind loose wallpaper and the bed was too small. The room smelled musty. My issues with this hotel were that when I set this up to begin with the only the available was a king room smoking and whatever a superior room is. Our room was not superior. We had to pay extra for a fridge and microwave.

I was visiting Fort Campbell and because of a nasty snowstorm that stranded me in the Cincinnati airport overnight, the Holiday Express at Fort Campbell rescheduled my room incorrectly. So when I finally got here they didn't have a room and they put me up in the Holiday Inn proper. They were very gracious at both facilities. The only downside is the Holiday Inn is a bit farther from the Campbell that I had wanted to stay. Oh well, I recommend the place for any travel occasion!

The Holiday Inn was in a convenient location, and the staff was very nice. My only complaints would be my bathroom was kind of nasty, and the drain was messed up...tub kept filling up when taking a shower and would not drain for several hours. The room was kind of outdated, and the fitness center consisted of only 2 treadmills and a stairmaster...no weights or weight machines. The bar/restaurant was pretty decent with good service. Not bad, but not the best Holiday Inn I have ever stayed at.

Every thing is convenient. I could not get my internet to work and the desk clerks could not help. Excellent.

We will be returning to this hotel when we travel to Chicago again this coming June with our dog. There is even a wonderful meadow behind the hotel for exercising the dog.

Good location; overpriced restaurant with poor service; tired physical plant; excellent reception; comfortable rooms. Poor price-value proposition.

The staff was very helpful. The lobby smelled of cigarette smoke. A large group of my family stayed there since we were all in town for the death of an uncle. The staff was friendly. We had reserved a banquet type room for a luncheon after the memorial service and they were very helpful setting that up.
