The fitness center is one of the best I have utilized. The select comfort beds took a bit of getting used to. The hotel is pleasant inside. The rooms do show some aging and the bathroom is a bit cramped but is still inviting. The complementary daily fresh lemon and strawberry water in the lobby was a nice and refreshing addition. The fitness center was great with free weights and circuit machines.

Okay hotel, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. If there is a problem with your reservation this location will take your money anyway. They will change your reservation, give you a confirmation number, and promise you a refund. You'll never see the refund. They will then refuse to return your phone calls and will not answer their mail. Holiday Inn may be a good company, but this location is NOT reputable.

The hotel was great for our early departure from Hobby airport. We were able to return our rental the night before as they have round-the-clock complimentary transfers to the airport. Very nice feature, time and sleep savers!

Managerwas extremely helpful in retrieving a lost personal item. GREAT. Breakfast wasn't available early enough before early flight. This hotel was elegant, and management was friendly and helpful, over and above what was expected. Very pleasant and comfortable stay.

Had to stay at last minute due to flight cancellation. Service was great. Shuttle super quick. Very friendly staff. Just wish it was closer to wider selection of dining choices

The hotel was very close to the airport, which was convenient. However, there was construction in the parking lot the whole time and most of the parking was blocked. Also, there were no microwaves or refrigerators in the rooms.

The room was very nice. The restroom was very small, the pool was not clean, small toils available, pools towels were not available at the pool area. I enjoyed the stay at the hotel,b UT the hotel charged me an additional service charge of $25.00 even after I had preregistered and paid with my credit card.

The hotel is under renovation, so the rooms are OK. Internet access is supposed to be wireless, but it is spotty - I had to go to the lobby to use my computer.

Staff was very friendly. The pet deposit was a bit expensive for my dog size. Overall the hotel stay was fine, the only thing that I was not pleased with was the amount that I had to pay for the size and behavioral training that my dog has.

Just across from the Hobby airport. A shopping mall accessible by hotels' shuttle van. Quite a few restaurants near by. Hotel staff was able to give good recommodations.

The Holiday Inn was very near the area of my business visit. It was recently renovated as everything was beautiful, the entrance, lobby, bed room was super great. My original plans were to arrive at The Hobby Airport, but was re routed to Bush, otherwise, the location from airport to hotel would have excellent. Family members live in that area, so I was close to them. I couldn't have been more satisfied with my hotel stay.

The free offer of breakfast buffet for being a priority card holder. The staff was friendly from the time I called from the airport for a shuttle, the driver was very helpful and courteous. Business center was in a great location and rooms were very clean. The other building was very pleasant to see.
