The staff was wonderful. The hotel and staff exceeded all of our expections. We stayed in a suite at the hotel, and it was warm and romantic. The courtyard was very peaceful and relaxing. We loved our stay, and would recommend the Mulberry Inn to anyone traveling to Savannah, GA.

everything and everyone exhibited true southern charm and hospitality. the facility is charming and very clean. and parking is typical for any city hotel in a central location. a great value and a great location.

Convenient location in downtown Savannah right near the river walk. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We were traveling with bicycles and they were very accommodating in helping us to move them and lock them up safe. Beautiful decor with southern style and grace.

The hotel offered free parking,PC use, had microwave and refrigerator in room. Room smelled moldy and it was booked solid. This hotel offered every convenience one could want with a more than friendly staff. The location is perfect for sightseeing and getting around. The area is beautiful. The hotel is magnificent to look at but our room was moldy and I sneezed the entire time. As soon as we left the room I was OK again. If not for that this is a first rate hotel and I was in other rooms as we were married in Savannah that week so we had other guests staying and their rooms were wonderful.

We felt like the front desk person was doing us a service to welcome us. Had to park across the street from the hotel and carry our own luggage from the second floor parking to the hotel to the to the third floor room both upon arriving and leaving. At "Tea time" it was a guess as to where things were located. At night the noise from the street kept us awake a third of the night big trucks rolling past all night long, but least no noise from the hallway from other quests. The restaurant was closed for breakfast and lunch and on Sunday no alcoholic beverages unless you ate. Our whole experience at the hotel was very much a disappointment after reading the reviews prior to planing our trip. We found our places just as nice or nicer for a lot less money for our next trip to Savannah. And by the way they wanted to charge us for parking. You will not see us at the Mulberry for "Tea time" any time soon.

this hotel was so elegant, recently renovated beautifully. What ever we asked for was given plus some. breakfast was really nice overlooking a garden courtyard. the conceige was ever so helpful with Paula deen restaruant reservations. I can't say enough wonderful things about this lovely home away from home.

Enjoyable place. Our room was along Bay St. and there was street noise all nite, so if that would be a problem for you be sure to ask for a room in another part of the hotel.

The hotel was quaint, quiet and lovely. The location was perfect to either walk to the Riverfront or jump on the roadway to Tybee Island. Our room was clean, cute, and ample for the price and location. The added microwave and fridge were great. The hotel staff very friendly and accomidating. Free parking was a big plus. All in all a steal for $267.00 for two nights!

Wonderful location and staff, afternoon tea was fantastic. I wish the double rooms had 2 queens instead of 2 fulls. Beautiful historic hotel in downtown Savannah. Hotel has a wonderful free afternoon high tea service with a pianist. The rooms were wonderfully outfitted and the free Wi-Fi was very convenient. I would fully recommend this hotel to couples and business men. Children like it too but there is not a lot for them to do there.

We were in Savannah and stayed at the Mulberry Inn on Sept 18 & 19, 2008 and what a pleasant stay. The staff was extremely nice upon check-in. Accomodated us in every way. The bell hop was as friendly and helpful. The rooms were large as well as a nice clean bathroom. The tea in the afternoon was a delight as well as just sitting in the living room in the evenings. The courtyard was very relaxing. Beautiful setting and a beautiful place to stay. Very safe atmosphere. Convenience to everything. The breakfast we had in the restaurant was very good. The staff again was great. I definetly would go again and stay there and would recommind it to anyone. The only thing which I learned from a previous review is you need to join Holliday Priorty club so you can get your parking of $12.00 a day waived which we did.

It was great! I got a good deal here on orbitz, and I was extremely pleasantly surprised. The rooms were beautiful & the hotel was in the middle of the historic district! Only thing I have to say is that housekeeping could have been a little quicker, but everything else was great!

A great staff makes all the difference. I would definitely recommend the Mulberry to friends and family. Construction in our hallway, but I know this is temporary. Great location. Great staff. Great amenities.

Stayed two nights here and hated to leave. Wonderful southern hospitality and the feel of a plantation manor. Baby grand piano in the beautiful lobby with piano entertainment during free afternoon tea 4-6 every night. Nice location just cross the street and you are at the water front. Free parking if you are a priority club member:)

While we were in Savannah, we did a tour bus the first day. Second day we went back to the places that sounded interesting ate at Ladies and Sons (Paula Deen's restaurant)and went on a dophin tour. We sure enjoyed the historical aspect of the tour.

The location was perfect. We loved being able to walk right out the door and into the city. Having to pay an additional charge for parking was frustrating. Great location for exploring downtown Savannah. You are minutes away from the restaurants on river street and from the beautiful squares of the Historical District. Our room was spacious, elegant, and well-furnished. It was such a treat to walk into the lobby and be greeted with the sound of a piano. a very nice touch.

The location was terrific, the staff super friendly and the afternoon "tea" was delicious! We would only change two things. The fitness room and better televisions with pay-per-view movies. We will definitely stay here again.

we really liked the hotel - especially the front desk staff and concierge. very helpful! the rooms could be a bit cleaner and we tried to help with ecology by hanging our towels on doors etc. still, they were gone but a note telling us to do so still graced our pillow. the bar hours were a bit short (6 - 11 i think). on vacation one would maybe like a cocktail around 5 and something cold getting back in the later evening.
