very nice, quiet, new, and friendly hotel. however, it does not offer free continental breakfast.

Front desk is friendly. Sqeaking floor. The hotel is outside Jasper Park. Hinton is a small town with bunch of hotels and restaurants, maybe just a sleep town for truck drivers. The hotel itself has very bad squeaking floor plus the wall is not sound-proof, I can hear clearly that my next door neighbor was walking in his/her room. Anyway, I won't stay at Holiday Inn Hinton next time.

Very friendly staff the room was large and comfortable the furniture was well used but clean tidy

I went for a road trip to relax, get caught up on my sleep and visit Jasper. (Hinton is only 1 hour from downdown Jasper and 15 minutes from the park gates. Also less expensive in general to stay in Hinton rather that Jasper) The proximity to Jasper and the comfort of the hotel was very good. The hot tub needs to be hotter, and the pool was great for kids. I did not however get very much sleep. Apparently I was the only one who wished to actually get some sleep that weekend, as each morning I was awakened early by kids and ADULTS shouting at other members of their travelling group, running up and down the hallway, and slamming doors. This usually started at 6:30 in the morning. The hotel informed me they could not do anything about the noise. The best part was that my headboard on my bed vibrated each night. Since I was not making it vibrate and bang, I complained to the house manager. On the second night we established that the esercise room was directly above my room, and they did not close until after 10 pm. (I'm an early to bed and late to get up girl) The hotel informed me that they were fully booked and could not move my room. (I booked in February)As a stop over for a quick few hours sleep, it works great. If you actually want some quiet and sleep, I have NO idea.

The room was tidy. Dirty, wrinkled carpet in hallway. Details like crooked bed skirt were not given attention. It was an ok room but attention was not given to details like a crooked hanging bed skirt and the carpet didn't look well swept. I would stay there again but only because there was nothing nicer available in our price range.

Friendly, easy access. No elevator for handicap. We arrived on schedule, and the room was ready. The only major draw back would be the lack of an elevator for those with knee problems.

Beds were excellent as well as other accommodations. Self-parking in their garage was $19 and internet access was an extra $13. While the hotel was a little hard to get to (downtown location), the room was the most pleasant part of the entire hotel experience. You will love the beds and pillows!

The hotel was very clean & friendly. This hotel was excellent, close to Jasper and very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the restaurant was excellent. Our friends who were traveling with us had children and they loved the waterslide and pool area! We had an excellent stay and would definitely stay again in this hotel.

Location, free internet, service, friendliness. Breakfast not included. Nice cozy place right off main Edmonton Jasper highway, nice rooms, good location. Pricey overall.

I prefer hotel that has free breakfast service. Poor sound insulation. Clean, convenient, but not cheap.
