The hotel was excellent and of good quality. The level of customer service was excellent. It was a bit pricey, had to pay for most extra services like internet access. I was also given a smoking room when I had requested non-smoking.

Ease of getting to & from the airport was great. The three restaurants were all over priced & there was nothing else in walking distance. Lots of tour groups come & go so the lobby can get crowded. It was a great place for our purpose which was a Convienient place to crash before & after our cruise.

I was disappointed that we had to pay fo rthe shuttle bus to the airport, the hotel shop closed to early and was not kid friendly in the food department

Nice, clean room with convenient transportation to airport. Internet, parking, transportation to airport all cost extra. This hotel is relatively new and clean. The good points: cheap, near airport, available transportation (car/bus), as it is right off the highway. Bad point: everything cost money: internet, breakfast, bus, airport shuttle, internet, parking. One big problem is that there are at least two other Holiday Inn Heathrow airport, so be careful!

Good location for easy access to airport

Price. Inconsistent food selection. Major tourist (buses) destination. Good location and price for the business traveler. Not impressed by the food. The hotel is a major destination for in-country tour buses.

The Holiday Inn Heathrow Airport in London is very convenient when stopping for a night in the middle of a trip. The hotel is roomy, the personnel helpful and cheerful. Shuttles and buses are available for reaching the terminals.

Very pleasant check in. Nothing in particular. Stayed there for 2 nights, nice room with a decent shower etc. No complaints.

While the hotel itself was good in appearance, etc., The hotel was not cheap. Also the staff reluctantly assisted me in printing my boarding pass for my flight the next morning. When I had a question about the equipment (audio-wise) in the fitness center no one followed up. There was distracting audio which conflicted with television viewing during my work out. The Asian restaurant on site was excellent. The location also was an expensive cab ride from the airport. The shuttles run frequently but not at predictable times (according to the hotel staff) so I felt more comfortable hiring a car.

The pub that on site gave us a chance to taste the food in the UK. It was excellent along with the service. It wasn't close to anything in walking distance except for a pub. This hotel restaurants were excellent. They had a variety of foods for everyone. In the morning a person could have the buffet at one restaurant or at another have a small bite to eat such as a coffee and a pastry. I would recommend this hotel it was very clean.

We were greated by a surly front desk attendant that wanted to put an 80pound hold on our credit card for internet usage - we were only there one night, and the maximum charge for 24 hours was 15 pounds. We decided against internet access. The room was hot and stuffy, and the air conditioner did not function properly. The room itself was clean, but the tub had mold and mildew caked on the tub surround. We stayed here primarily for the proximity of Heathrow. However, it was after 11 pm when we arrived at the airport, and the cab fare was 25 pounds to the hotel. The next morning we did use the Hotel Hopper Bus for only 4 pounds each.

Location. Clerk said it was a double plus sofa bed and it wasn't. Easy to get to and from Heathrow. Price for a small room without a top sheet on the bed even. Clean enough but carpeting worn down.

The Holiday Inn is a very nice and comfortable hotel. When we called for extra blankets through the night, assistance was very prompt. Your comfort is this hotels main priority. The hotel staff is very welcoming and check-in/check-out was quick and painless.

Nice rooms Check-in/check-out process. Check-in was delayed. However, I have stayed at this hotel before, and every time there has been some kind of problem. For example, last time they were running late, and couldn't give us room until after 8 pm. Three star hotels shouldn't have problems like this, and if they arise, they should offer some kind of compensation (free breakfast, free internet.) -- something.

The Holiday Inn London-Heathrow is very convenient for late arrivals/early departures and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

Very convenient to Heathrow. Should have its own free airport shuttle. Nowhere to walk around, so don't plan on spending any time there over and above sleeping and getting to/from the airport. only reasonable way to get there is to go to Heathrow and pay for a hotel shuttle to and from the airport.

Hotel was convenient to airport and very comfortable. Had to catch an early flight to USA and that was main reason for chosing this hotel. Price was reasonable.

It was a friendly atmosphere. No dressers to put clothes in. It was a friendly atmosphere, easy to get to buses & trains to Downtown London! Short ride from the airport, Rooms are good for a couple, not much space for clothes though.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The restaurants all closed early and I couldn't pay the bill directly in the one restaurant which was open. I had to charge food to my room. This hotel is wonderful for a business traveler or someone who has a long layover at London Heathrow Airport. The room is upscale and clean. The facilities are varied and multiple.
