The pool area and restaurant was really cool. The rooms were two small, over crowded and no walking around space. Other than the rooms being such a tight squeeze everything else was fine.

We had a wonderful stay. Everyone was very helpful and nice. We have talked about staying here again in the future. The kids loved the indoor/outdoor pool. Watching the boats and jetskies on the waterway was also cool. Thanks!

The walls in the bathroom were cracked, wallpaper peeling off, exhaust fan didn't work properly and there was a roach in the room. The indoor pool was in an odd place, it was very close to the lobby and restaurant entrance.

The hotel had a great view of the canal. The room had a wet smell. Overall, the hotel was great for the price. The hotel was clean and the staff was nice. The lobby area was also a great setup. This hotel is not your resort away from a resort, but for a couple nights in Mrytle, it was great. However, the pool was murky and not inviting.I didn't get in because of that, but a friend did for 10 minutes. It was the worst part of the hotel.

The tub was stopped up, took a while to fix and it was never perfect. This hotel is okay, I would not stay again.

Every piece of exercise equipment was broken. Every piece of exercise equipment was broken. This included two treadmills, a bike and a stair-stepper!!

Iliked the lobby, it was full of different sceneries. The tud in me and my husband room was too small. This hotel was overall nice except the tub in the room was small and would not fit two people. Also the rooms were connected to another room but you could lock the door. There was also a nice river where you could look on the backside of the hotel.

Staff was professional and friendly. One elevator was not working which caused much delay on traveling to upper floors and return. I would highly recommend the Holiday Inn to friends and relatives although I did not experience what would happen during conferences.

Staff at check in and check out were very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Location good for our purposes (Hard Rock Park). Plates and table in restaurant a little dirty. Fridge in room not cold and growing mildew. Things could have been cleaner, even though it is older. Staff was great and helpful. The area it is in isn't the greatest but very close to Hard Rock Park which is a terrific destination. Hotel could have been cleaner but nothing disgusting. There were some loud guests in the hall late at night but it didn't last and the hotel couldn't have helped that.

It was wonderful! I loved the river or pond in the back-very romantic! I did not like how the housekeepers kept all the dirty towels in the room after bringing clean towels. N/A.

I liked the location and the view of the Hard Rock Park. The other occupants were very noisy on the balcony at late hours. However, I believe that the hotel remedied the situation after about thirty minutes. This hotel is great for families and offers a wonderful restaurant. Also kids eat free!

Location and staff. All good. I did have a water leak in my bathroom; I was promptly moved to a new room, overall very happy with my stay.

I had a family emergency and had to cut my stay. The hotel agreed not to charge me for the additional days. The entire experience was horrible.

I really liked this hotel very much. The staff did not keep the room clean and they did not give us clean towels everyday. Overall, the hotel was very nice.

Right off the main highway To much renovation going on during the stay Very disappointed in the stay due to the renovation no elevators and was on 5th floor. Ice machines did not work. Paint fumes bad along with construction noise. Housekeeping was awful and very rude. Staff gave someone else our room key to enter, thank God we was in the room at the time they entered so we called down and they gave the guest a new room. Over all I will never go back to the Holiday Inn West at Myrtle Beach.
