Hotel is nice but, the staff were very bad and non professional. They gave me room with view of tent was booking the sea veiw and when I asked them to change they told no room available altugh the hotel was empty. spaiders were in the roof. I don't recommend anyone to stay there. the only good thing is the restorant.

Services are so bad and does not reflect 5 stars hotel. You have to stay longer than usual in front before helpdesk response to you. No phone answer when you check-out. It is so expensive and recommend it for only two days for family outdoor Beach view. Not recommended for See swimming, full of jelly fish.

The luggage man should over us to carry our luggage.not to carry by our self. They call us and said the check out 12:00pm when I checked the check out time I found it 14:00pm. Nobody told us the drinks in the cooler free
