Air Conditioning was very noisy. A hotel in this price range should have central air. Fitness room was too small and not in good repair.

Safe location very nice facility. Pool - lots of hair floating in pool that was indoors and very cold - not heated. Very comfortable - very friendly staff - cozy bed and great room. Loved everything except the pool which was a disappointment.

We visit the Duluth twice a year to visit family. After trying other hotels in this area, the Holiday Inn has moved to the top of our list. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was only average. I would suggest the buffet rather than the menu selections.

We have family very close to this Holiday Inn. It has a great staff that remembers you each time you come in. We had a pet and saw many others there and it was a great experience for that. There are a lot of things in the immediate area to do, malls, concert venue, eateries. We have used many other hotels in the area, but this is now the one we will use every time we go to Atlanta.

There was no disturbances and very quiet. Great Staff. Swimming pool was small and had no jacuzzi but overall was good.

This is the second time we have stayed at this Holiday Inn. The first was when we attended a concert at the Gwinnett Center which was just a short walk down the hill from the hotel. There is a bar and restaurant onsite but we did not use either because we had other plans. Right next door is a nice, friendly restaurant, and a large mall with movie theater is only about a mile away. The staff have all been very nice and helpful, from the front desk to the maids. The rooms are quite comfortable and decorated with vintage Holiday Inn photos which are very nice. There is a microwave, frig and small coffee pot in each room. My son loved the indoor pool. There are two computers set up in a corner of the lobby if you need to use them. The hotel is conveniently located next to I-85. The only thing I'd point out is the entrance is not the easiest to find if you haven't been there before. Turn into the bank next to the hotel from Sugarloaf Pkwy. and go through their parking lot to get to the Holiday Inn. My family was very happy with this hotel and would definitely stay there again.

Hotel is clean spacious and at a good location. Microwave wasn't cleaned. No pen and notepad.

Great location for Arena concerts. Upon arrival our bathroom had not been cleaned that well and our room was not cleaned until 4:20pm on our stayover day.

The rooms were beautiful and tastefully decorated as well as being well equipped with microwave, fridge, plasma TV and wonderful beds.

From an erratic AC, torn curtains, broken vending machines, clueless wait staff, unhelpful night desk staff, this visit was a nightmare. We pick Holiday Inns because they are generally helpful for senior travelers at a reasonable rate, around 80-90 dollars. This hotel was priced in the 100s and offered nothing but obsticles. The management needs to be fired.

Very nice room with a super comfortable bed and other great features. This far exceeded our expectations with their friendly staff, super neat and clean facilities, big flat screen TV, mini refrigerator, super comfortable bed and a peaceful environment. All this in a high-traffic metro business area.

There are microwave oven and refrigerator in the room. Nothing. Clean and convenient.

It had a very fresh, clean smell throughout the hotel.

Nice design, convenient for my trip. The staff was not well trained. Staff seemed unprepared for a full house on 1st night. Room service is slow and order was wrong, maid service was haphazard. A beautiful property that needs better staff training.

Very clean and friendly. The only thingI would change is the prices in the eating area. Would definitely stay there again.

Very clean, spacious, friendly employees, decor excellent. This was our first visit and we enjoyed our stay very much. We hope to return again if business brings us in the same direction. We will definitely refer anyone we know to visit your location if desiring to stay overnight.
