Room was very modern and clean. Restaurant was not very good. Room was quite nice compared to the outside of the hotel, which looks very dated.

I was looking for a hotel close enough to DC but not too expensive. I found a great deal for this hotel online. Other reviews were right on! This place is an older property, but when I checked in they were in the middle of remodeling. I booked a king size bed non smoking but when i checked in all they had was a double which was very upsetting. A little excess noise and hallway was cluttered. Also the wall heating/ac unit needs to be recaulked as cold air was coming in all night and the heat works very good lol we had trouble keeping it at a comfortable level as it put out alot of hot air. Staff could have been friendlier. I was staying 3 nights and on the second night my room key card didnt work. Manager seemed to be bothered when i told him, took him 5 minutes to reprogram my card as he was busy on the phone. Free shuttle to two different metro stops is a very good plus...although it only runs 9am-7pm. We had our 9 month old daughter with us so we didnt explore hotel restuarant. We would definitely stay there again.

The hotle was very nice, The staff was friendly, The rooms was very clean and comfortable. the only thing they was missing was better directions to there location. They hidden behind office buildings and have no sign directing you to them from the main street.

Still under renovation in halls etc. Rooms were done.

The hotel is a rather tired version of a Holiday Inn. On a three day visit maid service was not provided on one day; the breakfast area was croweded and had limited selection. The hotel desk staff were courteous.

Nice clean room in a quiet location.

I liked the spaciousness of the room and the amenities. The cleaning service was inconsistent. Some days the bed was made and ammenties replenished other days not. My overall experience was positive. I would stay here again, especially for the price.

For the money this place was okay, but I think it could have been cleaner. I had two different rooms and they were both dirty.

I liked that the hotel was close, accessible to major highway and local merchants.

the location is hard to find if you are coming late at night, signs are not easy to see. staff is friendly and helpful. room is clean and the bed is comfortable. it has free in-room wireless internet, and you can use their complimentary mini office in the lobby to do quick, last minute fix-up for your projects, you even get to use the printer. it would be nice if free continental breakfast is included, like good pastries, cereals, juice, etc.. this hotel is good for business travel, not good for family vacation, or romantic get away.

I like the staff and the rooms and the bar was fun and the food was great.

The bedding was great. The lobby was dated as was the hotel shop. Nice place for business travelers - good work space in the room. Easy access to beltway and not too difficult to reach downtown.

We enjoyed our stay here. We had 2 rooms and we were quite comfortable. We were attending a service at Arlington National Cemetery, and it was easy to get there.

Holiday Inn Greenbelt is an all around excellent accommodating hotel. It is inviting, comfortable, and accommodating. My room was spacious, clean, smoke free and had all the amenities I am accustomed to in my many travels in this nation and outside. Although I personally had difficulty finding it, its location is near parkways and highways to Washington and Baltimore and nearby shopping areas (some within walking distance).

Assistance from the front desk. Just finishing refurbishing left painting in the halls. The hotel's facilities and service was fine.

My 4 night stay at the Greenbelt, MD holiday was very good. My only complant was the service and cleanliness of the hotel's dining room. The first night eating in the dining room I was brought to a table that was setup with silverware but was not wiped down. The table surface was sticky with soda or something and there was a reunion party in the other half of the dining room which was very loud. The food was good but the over all experience wasn't very relaxing. The Second and last time that I had dinner in the hotel I walked into the dining room there was only one other couple eating. No greeted me so I found a booth and sat down across from the other couple that had been served. I waited for 25 minutes and nobody came into the dining room to wait on me. I walked ot to the front desk of the hotel and asked the Manager if anyone was working in the dining room. He said there was. I informed him that I had been sitting there awhile and nobody had come out. He told me to go into the adjoining bar and tell the bartender to get athe wait staff which I did reluctantly. They said they would send someone out. I waited another 10 minutes and I got up and left the hotel to drive down the road about ten minutes to another restaurant. I felt that when I told the manager about the problem he should have gone into the hotel's kitchen and made sure someone waited on me promptly. He should have check with later to find out if I had any problems with the service which he did not. I would probably stay there again but would not eat at the hotel's restaurant.
