We were in Great Falls to celebrate our grandson's H.S. Graduation. We stayed in this hotel in 2004. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and pleasant. The bathroom was very "tight", to close the door you had to back up to the sink, sideways and then close the door. The control on the tub drain did not work correctly and there is a need to replace or properly clean and repair tile. There was some water temperture issues when showering. It would go very hot for a few seconds and then return to normal. Must be the older plumbing. One concern was the strong chlorine odor from the fountain and in the pool area. I hope that the entire facility will soon become smoke free. It was not possible to avoid the cigarette smoke because of the proximity of the casino/bar to the elevators. We did enjoy our stay and the hotel staff were all very friendly, helpful and pleasant.

Clean and comfortable. My check in was very quick and they had my priority club information on file. I was on the 6th floor which was nice and quiet. The internet worked great in my room and in the meeting I attended in the conference room.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Good housekeeping. Bathrooms do not have fans, which was drawback for showering. Beds were very comfortable and clean.

The rooms were large and very comfortable. The housekeeping staff was very friendly. The hotel is in a great location. We were in town to shop and were surprised to find out the hotel is only a few blocks from the mall. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back again soon!

Hotel was very easy to find off the interstate. This was my first business trip to Great Falls and I will be staying at the Holiday Inn on all my future visits. I was very pleased with the comfortable beds- it seemed as though they just got new bedding. I was also surprised by the fast internet connection. I never had an issue with the service and downloaded files unussualy fast for a hotel connection.

Clean, comfortable room, great internet access. Friendly, helpful staff. Some parts of hotel under construction. Met my expectations for the highest rated hotel in Great Falls, MT. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel seemed safe.

For the price this place is not worth it. I was expecting it to be a lot nicer than it was. It was clean, but they smoke in the lounge and then run and ozonator, so the place smells pretty bad. Free breakfast for the kids, which is nice. The pool is standard. The place in general is mediocore - you could get much better for less. We heard the La Quinta was much nicer. Plus the Hilton is almost finished. Hope this is helpful. If you can get this room for under 80 it is worth it, otherwise don't waste your time or money.

I was greeted with a friendly smile. I was very impressed with the restaurant and lounge and had a great dinner. My room was very clean and I had a great nights sleep. I woke up feeling very refreshed and ordered room service for a great tasting breakfast. I will be traveling to Great Falls quite frequently and will ALWAYS stay at the Holiday Inn.

Amazingly friendly and honest staff! In the midst of a total renovation. The staff was amazingly kind, cooperative and honest. (Misplaced an expensive heirloom wristwatch, and called after leaving. The manager inspected the room, found the watch between the bed and nightstand, and wouldn't accept a reward. Rare these days!) The hotel is in they're midst of a renovation, and once complete it will be the nicest property in Great Falls.

The GF Holiday Inn breaths Montana in every way you enter the premises. Friendly and courteous staff, excellent rooms, no disturbance, fine dining options. Extremely well located for accessing the highway system, reaching the airport, going downtown. A definite family stay okace as well as business.

The bed was comfortable and the room was large. Housekeeping continually trying to get us out of the room, and the elevator did not work properly. Nice enough hotel for a one night stopover on our way to Glacier National Park. Front desk staff was friendly, although I don't think they were happy we were Priceline customers. In the morning housekeeping knocked multiple times before 10 am to see if we were out so they could clean the room. We needed the elevator to get our luggage downstairs, but unfortunately it seems only one of the two elevators worked at all, and it was a long wait. Once we got on at the 2 nd floor, we had to ride it up to the 7 th and then come back down 1 floor at a time until we were finally at the bottom. Between that and waiting for it in the first place, it took about 20 minutes to do down one floor. Should have just dragged our bags down the stairs instead.

I really liked the location and fast speed of the wireless internet. My stay at the Holiday Inn Great Falls was very pleasant. I was greeted by who I think was the front desk manager. She was very friendly and even though she seemed really busy, she helped me very quickly. I was very surprised by the speed of the wireless internet. I never had an issue with the connection and it is one of the fastest connections I have had while traveling on business. Even though the hotel seemed to be going through some updating, I never had an issue with noise, dust, etc. The bedding seemed very new and the beds very comfortable.

Location. Room, bed, bathroom, and cleanliness. I travel for business. I have stayed in many hotels. This one was horrible. It reeked up paint and was totally tore up. The room was modest, at best. The mattress on the bed was so worn out, it bounced whenever you turned over. The remote didn't work. I had to go get a new battery. The AC didn't work - it was on full blast and was still spitting out warm air. The bathroom tile was old and moldy. The sink faucet was dirty and corroded with black mold.

Older needed to be updated. I don't feel this hotel is a 3 star hotel. I would give it a 2 to 2.5. Really needs to be updated. Checking in took an extremely long time.

Staff were friendly. We were on the main floor the whole room was slanted. The door was not level you could peer over the top of the door and see in. Bathroom floor was sunken in on one side. A bit Smokey smelling throughout hotel as well.

The newer more attractive part of the Hotel was very nice although we did not see the rooms, the lobby and open area of the front five levels were very attractive.

The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful, loved the foyer and the rooms were comfortable, quiet and clean. Easy to find hotel, friendly, helpful staff, clean and quiet and comfortable rooms. Accessible to airport and shopping. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to all travelers.
