we went to this hotel for our anniversary. it was the perfect get a way. the staff is very friendly and even called the room to make sure we didn't need anything. the food in the resturants called jack's was excelent. the lounge had great staff and the music is a little loud but they do a great job of entertaining. we really enjoyed ourselfs.

The staff was wonderful. Friendly and helpful. Got us into our room early, which was quite helpful. The location was nice, close to restaurants, and very scenic. However, we stayed here the day after a large week long festival, and I attribute that traffic to the lack of cleanliness of the room. Carpet was dirty, housekeeping supplies left behind, and items from former guests left in the room. The pools (both indoor and outdoor) were nice but could've been cleaner. Very high priced for what we got. Not sure I would stay here again.

Staff was fine, It was just the overall hotel that was not. Very old. No automatic front doors, elevators were very tiny. Pool chairs felt like you were sitting on cement. Seemed pretty expensive for the quailty of the hotel. I would not stay there again.

The Holiday Inn near Grandhaven michigan was very comfortable,Love the beds. I like the sink separate from the bathroom. It is surrounded by the water and and very beautiful there. Close to the beach also!!! Pools were great to. I would stay again for sure.

Location and overall facilities. Very noisy ventilation system / blowing across beds. Good location, good food but ventilation very poor and noisy.

I visited the Holiday Inn with my husband and two young children. We had a great time and everything we needed was on property. The kids loved the outdoor pool and kid activities and my husband and I loved the food and tiki bar. The front desk staff is wonderful and always willing to help. I'm going to tell all my friends to come and stay here and we're trying to plan another trip here in the winter.

Beds and pillows were excellent. NA. This is an older Marina motel that has seen better days. While the rooms were clean, the space was small and the balcony barely wide enough or a chair with a view of the highway. The carpets in halls and elevators needed cleaning or replaced. Staff was more than accommodating and pleasant. I'd go back, but wouldn't eat in hotel.

It was very clean and the staff was always smiling. Balcony too small to sit on and relax. It was very clean and all the staff was were very friendly.

It was quiet. Hot water was out in the a.m. Couldn't shower! This hotel was clean, but dated. Hot water was out in the a.m. I had to wash up with cold water in the sink. Holiday inn supposedly promises to "right" all problems. Initially I was told that this didn't apply to me since I had pre-paid.

Nice spot, water on 2 sides of motel. Had to sleep in a smoking room. Nice for a short getaway. Indoor pool was nice. Boardwalk along the river was real nice.
