it was a great experience...highly recommended

The hotel remembered me and upgraded my room free. The Holiday Inn Robinson's Galleria Manila is a great hotel with easy access to the mall as the two are directly adjacent and even connect on the 4th floor. The staff is attentive and the internet works great. I only wish it were closer to the airport, but everything else is top notch.

Being directly connected to the Galleria Mall is a real plus for this hotel. I found the staff to be helpful and extremely pleasant. I had allowed 20 minutes for checkout (average for a Manila hotel) but found it very quick. Breakfast is great but I wouldn't bother about the restaurant again for dinner. Plenty of better options in the mall. Would I stay there again? Yes!

Great location and connected to a nice mall. Large rooms with good layout. Unfortunately, the rooms are tired. The hotel needs a major renovation. Pretty much everything needs to be replaced. Carpets look dirty, beds sink in, closet doors are misaligned, etc. This used to be the Galleria Suites and I used to go there when it was still relatively new. Over the years, it has aged. I was hoping that when Holiday Inn took over they would update the place. Still has not happened... Been waiting several years now...

I was supposed to have a junior suite for the first 3 nights @ 86 a night + fees ? and taxes. I was charged 111 per night and was transfered out of the junior suite that was non smoking and very clean to a normal looking motel--hotel room with a dirty carpet and old smoke smell. We were called the evening of our 3rd day and was told that they would be fumigating our floor (20th) and the 19th floor. We could stay at that room and they would cover our belongings and also we would have to stay out of the room from 9 am to 6 pm ....or we could transfer to another room . We chose to transfer to another room (10 floor ) that was not a junior suite and wasn't nice. Dirty carpet, smoking room (which we were not previously informed of ), loose shower head , and water draining on the floor from somewhere. We were still charged the same price for that night and the 4th night that was prepayed at 111 . We also had a problem with disappearing wash cloths. When we would leave for several hours and come back to the room , 1 of the 2 washcloths would be missing. One day we were in and out of the room a few times , the 2nd washcloth disappeared. It costs 20 to eat the breakfast buffet and was shocked to shell out 80 dollars for 4 breakfasts. I would have eaten somewhere else for 20 for our breakfasts. This stay was very disappointing at the Holiday Inn.

Good customer service - friendly and accommodating staff; accessibility to the mall and other important places to us. Old carpets in the rooms, clogged bath tub. Highly recommended.

Staff was very professional and extremely helpful. Hotel is connected to a 4 story mall and centrally located in city. A lot to do and very close to attractions. Location is also close to airport. Hotel has great shuttle service for minimal cost - it is secure and driver is knowlegable about routes. Hotel amenities abound. Staff is at your beckoning. I will stay there again, and again, and again. Whether you are on a business trip or a vacation, The Holiday Inn is the place to stay.

This was a very special trip for me. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I asked questions and they were always happy to give me a answer. My plane arrived late due to several delays so I wasn't able to check in until after midnight. I would have liked a break on the price, but who wouldn't? The room was clean and quiet. House keeping did a great job, but they forgot to leave clean towels once. A minor detail. All I had to do was call and they brought towels in a matter of minutes. Overall it was a great experience. A very nice location near restaurants and shopping. Being able to walk into a mall right from the hotel was great. I had access to anything I needed. I was able to leave my room and go buy flowers for my fiancee'. It was really nice. The room was clean and big. The bed was comfortable. The 24 hour room service was also very nice. The food was good and wasn't as expensive as I thought it would be. House keeping worked around my schedule, which was very nice. They asked when they could clean the room. Very good service. Check out was quick. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Very comfortable and clean and convenient location to shopping. The climate control in the room seemed to not work well. Would highly recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel is very nice with friendly staff and its connected to a six story shopping mall. Nothing. The Holiday Inn Galleria is a great place to stay in Manila. I will definitely stay their again on my next trip.

The staff was warm and accomodating. Our room has 2 queen size beds instead of 2 double beds which was a plus. The lobby could have been bigger to accomodate incoming & outgoing guests. Internet was 12/24hrs which did not work for us, but the hotel was happy not to charge us. Would definitely stay again next time were in town and surely recommend to all our friends & family

Could not fault a single thing! Fantastic buffet breakfast, room service staff were friendly and charming. Lovely smiles from the girl at the lobby who opened the door for me each day on my exit. Great live entertainment each evening in the bar, don't miss The Members who play on Wednesday nights. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Manila, price was very reasonable too. 10 out of 10

The mall is right in the building. The room smells are really bad, and the bathroom is always leaking water on the floor. I had been in this hotel three times, but this last stay I had a bad experience. The room smells bad, the bathroom is always flooded every time I take a shower, the security guard had a bad attitude, I asked him to help to call for a taxi because it was raining hard, instead he ignored us.

My room was big, my room was located where my view to the EDSA HWY and ortigas st was spectacular. the bed was comfortable, the lighting at the desk was just right for doing paper works and reading. The hotel staff were very accomodating. The Gym was very good, all the free wt. that i needed were there and all the necessary ex. machines. The breakfast was OK. The access to the adjacent mall was very pleasant, truly a good place to try various type of filipino foods and shops In and out of the hotel was very convenient.Getting a taxicab was very organized.
