The Hotel is a great value, Location and price. Their restaraunt is not the best. Food is OK but service is slow, it could be because there are so many other awesome choices nearby. Overall, nice place.

The location. The room did not have closet, I was 20 days and my clothes were all over the room.

This was the cleanest hotel that we have ever stayed in. We were totally impressed with the rooms , beds were great , and the entire stay was a pleasure. We are already planning our next stay at this Hiliday Inn in Frisco Texas. Great Job

The HOLIDAY INN FRISCO is very fancy yet user friendly facility. Everything was neat and clean and well maintained. The rooms are large with flat screen tvs and easily accessible business center and access to internet without a fee. The beds are sooo comfy and sophorific, exactly what one needs when sleeping away from home. So close to all the best shopping and freeways, so easy to get around to visit family or the city of Dallas/Ft. Worth.

The bedding was very nice and the bathroom was decorated well. The noise level from outside kept me from sleeping soundly. It was a nice hotel for the money and the location was great. The rooms were clean and decorated well.

I was in on business, a signing at a bookstore promoting my book. I checked in late and no problem at all. The room and bed were very comfortable and the check out the next morning was trouble-free.

People in the hotel and room facilities. Location was not optimal for the work locations that I had to attend in Plano, Addison, Allen and Richardson. A perfect place for those that want to stay in Frisco, TX.

"The hotel doesn't tell you until check in they are a non-smoking hotel. They should put that information on their website! Also, the shower and plumbing was less than desirable. You could see and hear the water going down the drain. Also because of the way the shower was, the floor in the bathroom was soaked! The shower had mold on the ceiling. The room was very dry and no matter how much we turned the heat down, the room was too hot. No sleep timer on the TV."

Our hotel stay at Holiday Inn Frisco, Texas for a week was very pleasant. The hotel employees were very courteous, and accomodating. The hotel was very clean, which is a plus!! Location was right by the main roads, which was great when your not familiar with an area. We will certainly recommend this hotel for future visits to family and friends. We will be staying there in the future.

I liked the water hardness - it made my hair shine. The location was great. The light in the bathroom was dim and it was hard to see my makeup and hair. Also, there was a lot of hair left in the sink from the last occupancy. My husband and friends wanted to get away for the weekend by shopping at the mall and then going to the Dallas Cowboys football game. This was a great location to the huge mall and restaurants. We did travel a ways to Texas stadium, but had no trouble finding it with our GPS system. The hotel was nice and I liked the atmoshpere of the fire in the fireplace in the bar next to the entrance. The staff was very nice and accommodating. We got a good nights stay in the attractive room with the comfortable bed. Only the sink in the bathroom was not clean and the lights were so dim, I had trouble getting my makeup on and fixing my hair the next morning. Breakfast in the dining room was good and I enjoyed the delicious french toast. Overall I would recommend this hotel for buisness travel or a weekend get away.

Gorgeous chandelier! Great upscale, boutique style hotel, in fantastic location. Nothing. I could not believe this was a Holiday Inn! From the lovely, upscale interior of the lobby, to the plush beds in the rooms baths with granite counter tops and spa-like showers unbelievable! Close to shopping and restaurants. Nice, friendly staff. Would highly recommend.

It was an upscale hotel and the staff was helpful. We had to move to another room do to the large croud of young adults being loud. This hotel would have been great other than the noise.

Overall very nice look and feel clean and entry/lobby was impressive. It is close to IKEA and other shopping. Icannot think of anything. The hotel was very nice, clean and comfortable. It was easy to find and close to the places I wanted to visit, IKEA!

The lobby's decoration was beautiful and elegant. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was very well located for me. Lots of restaurants and stores around. Service was great.
