The sheets are too small for the mattresses. Some of the breakfast fruit was no available. The blueberries were too old.

Staff were nice. Workout equipment was space, only 2 machines.

I have stayed at this Hotel many times and is always clean, neat and service is great. I would recommend this Hotel to others.
Date of Stay:

The first room we were given the sheets had not been changed from the previous guest. The room was dusty and the walls and carpet was dirty. The next room had clean sheets but was not much cleaner. You could not pay me to stay here again.

We enjoyed the quiet out of the way room that was assigned to us. We even had our own private entrance. Coffee all day long was great! Friendly staff. They were remodeling but we never saw or heard any workers. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would stay there again!

It was OK for the two nights I needed it and adequate for the price I paid. It was dark, dingy and in need of upgrade. Felt like you were going into a cave! I would have resented paying a high price for it. I was only there for the 2 nights and didn't spend much time in the room. Also didn't use any of the other facilities including the restaurant. I accompanied my granddaughter to a softball tournament up there so basically only was in the room to sleep. Never spent any extra time either in the room or at the hotel itself.

It was great to have people at the desk who actually speak English! Many hotels have people with very poor English speaking skills.

Great location near Dillon Reservoir and restaurants. Looked a little shabby and hallways had smoky smell.

We stayed here for a one night ski trip/getaway from Denver. Everything was fine until we checked the bank record and realized we were charged double!! They charged for 2 nights and we only stayed 1. I thought it was a simple mistake with a simple solution. But after countless phone calls and emails, they only refunded me half of the 2nd night (the night that I was sound asleep in my apartment in Denver). The General Manager has ignored all of my phone calls and emails and his staff is only authorized to refund half. So when you're calculating the cost of your stay, go ahead and double the cost because they may rip you off.

Staff were extremely friendly (front desk and restaurant)! But, the smell was overwhelming! Most motels and hotels have a distinct smell, but this seemed stronger than most. Walking down the hall was worst of all. I know the hotel is planning an overhaul, so hopefully that will take care of the problem.

The bed was comfortable. The room was very small, dirty, outdated and smelled bad! The entrance to the hotel was an indication that the building was old. When I got to the third floor, where my room was located, I noticed that the ice machine was out of order. The room was really small and not very clean. The halls were dark and dingy and I got turned around many times. The restroom smelled like urine and the bathtub stopper was broken and placed on the end of tub (so much for a hot bath)! The only thing I liked was that the bed was comfortable.

Pool, Jacuzzi, and sauna. Food in restaurant wasn't very tasty.

This hotel is in need of serious remodeling. While some aspects were acceptable it was overall outdated. The pool area was discusting and not nearly what we thought we'd find at a Holiday inn.
Date of Stay:

Very shortly: the staff went an extra mile to compensate for the hotel quality, but there's only so much they can do. the hotel is falling apart and the rooms are NEVER clean properly. IT's a good place if you are looking for employees for your business. Otherwise, stay away.

"This hotel is outdated, dirty and in need of serious updating and cleaning. The side entrances are filthy, the carpet is dirty and it was a very unpleasant stay"

Trying to fit two friends on a full size bed was .... squishy. When we checked in woman was not too friendly. Hotel was clean and nice. There wasn't a lot of parking. We went about 5 minutes into the little town went to a pizza place that was the only place open after 10 in the whole area on a friday night! Had a lot of fun. Hotel didn't seem to have too much on the menu. I would reccomend.

Met our expectations after I-70 closed due to snow storm. Easy access off highway.
