newer hotel. clean efficent rooms, nice tiled bathroom w/shower, nice lobby & halls. thought the 18 Euro breakfast buffet was pricy. would stay here again.

Very clean, friendly staff. Air conditioning shut off. I was told that if I want it cool (it was quite hot outside), I should open all the windows in the room. I was shocked, but fortunately, there were no mosquitos and no noise on the street below.

We were hoping we could have a nice Christmas dinner or lunch since we were stuck in Germany for the holidays... unfortunately the hotel was on holiday mood... with only one staff around, no restaurant... so we had to go to Frankfurt for a nice meal. Good thing there was a McDonald's at 15 minutes walk on a wintery night for our dinners...But the reception staff was friendly and helped us how to get around...

Neat and clean. Crummy location. Nothing of interest nearby. The hotel is ok if you need to be near the Frankfurt airport and don't care about being a long way from anything of interest. It took a good 15 min. to walk to town and 1/2 hour to the train station. The town is the most un-interesting town that I saw in Germany. They also charge 10 Euro pp for the airport shuttle which was an unpleasant surprise. We took the local bus nearby for $2.10 each.

I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. It is very clean, the staff are kind and eager to help. Our room was nice and overall no complaints about this hotel, its convenient to both Frankfurt Airport as well as downtown Frankfurt.

Clean and good value. Gave you tokens for breakfast but made is sound like breakfast was free, which it wasn't. Good clean hotel in nice location. The only bad thing is that they position their breakfast as if it is free but it is actually 10 euros a person. This did not leave us happy, but besides that it is a nice hotel for the price.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They room was very clean and big and we were upgraded due to problem with the pull out couch for our kids. It is in a quiet area and a great place to stay just prior to or arriving from a flight. Restaurant is very expensive and the hotel is basically for business travellers. We felt it was excellent value for the money based on our other experiences in Germany.A bit hard to find but just follow the hotel signs on the main street. We will stay there again!

Excellent staff help. Location- took a long time to reach from airport- had to wait almost 2 hours for pickup.

This hotel is lovely, well-kept, and the staff is excellent. My only problem was that while this site had the ""firness center"" highlighted on its recap, the hotel did not have one, but rather it had only a sauna. I think that should be made more clear.
