Workout room and courtesy of the staff. Did not always have towels in workout room and remote for TV in work out room did not work. Reasonably clean hotel with a courteous staff that both business travelers and families will find comfortable.

I have been staying in this Holiday Inn, For the last few years and will be staying again In the next few weeks. I cannot say enough about the excellent service and care we get. The staff are splendid and nothing is ever a problem. We make a point of taking this hotel in no matter where we are traveling on holidays in the Pa /NJ area. We have had a group of up to 20+ together and all say they want to return.

The location was convenient. The food was less than stellar. Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was surprisingly large and the amenities were nice.

Thought that this would be a great hotel, I've never been to a Holiday Inn that wasn't nice. This one needs some serious updating. The room we stayed in stunk of cigarettes. There were burn marks on the carpet and the shower drain was clogged, so you had to stand in a foot of water to have a shower. Also the doors were very heavy and would slam shut behind you. We were awakened at 1:00am with doors slamming all down the hall as guests were checking into their rooms.

Friendly, clean, close to where we were going. The hotel had everything we desired for the evening. Very enjoyable stay.

Elevators kept getting stuck. Room keys had to be changed repeatedly. Never enough linen. big disappointment food decent.Not worth the money

This hotel is easy to reach from I 276 and easy back on.In house resturant & lounge but not much else in the neighborhood.

Exercise room and equipment. Far to get to malls and shopping - not fault of hotel. Comfortable, spacious, good temperature control and good value but a little far from shopping.

Weekend staff unable to address guest issues. Broken furniture, soaked carpet in room. Dining room service poor (unbused and dirty tables abounded). Prepaid, guaranteed reservation, but had to renew room key each and every day. Never again.

Staff was very courteous. No refrigerator in the room, ice machines did not work.

Resolved the problem they caused. Poor customer service. Staff was incompetent. Also the housekeeping staff was nice but they provided me with a blanket that was not clean.

Friendly and helpful staff. Very noisy, plumbing and room entry card problems. The floor where I stayed was very noisy (until 2:30 a.m.). The bathtub took an hour to drain after a shower. The room entry card had to be fixed on three occasions. Other than these problems, the room was comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful attempting to solve the problems.
