The staff at the Holiday Gateway was welcoming and most accomodating. My room was clean and well equipped. The hot breakfast bufftet was wonderful and room service was most time efficient. Actually everything was pretty great other than the mattress, it was so uncomfortable that I had to sleep (or tried to sleep) on the sofa. The air conditioner was very noisy when it was running so it made watching tv rather frustrating. I hope Holiday Inn will re-think their limited cable stations as it would be nice to have more than just a few stations to choose from.

The staff were very helpful. While bringing our luggage down from our room, my husband pulled a muscle in his back. The clerk saw him in distress and call for someone to help us with our bags. This is what you call quality customer service.

I stay in a lot of Holiday Inns and this one is terrific compared to just about all of them. Clean, bright rooms, comfortable mattress, great pool area, nice public area, good room service.

OK, I'm a hotel snob. When I learned I had to attend a business meeting at the Holiday Inn, I was horrified. Well, this hotel was nicer than many I have stayed in. My sleeping room was up-to-date, with piles of pillows, a duvet, and not a floral print in sight. The bathroom vanity was granite. The meeting rooms were modern and spacious. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The staff was SO nice! It was impossible to pass any of them without being sincerely greeted. Nice job!

Travelled multiple locations, hotel was inbetween, convienent. Nothing close by besides Meijer and McDonalds. Hotel was efficient, geared more to business than family, but then again not there to use facilities. Minor issue - was unable to get additional pillows.

Modern, clean, surprisingly good for area. No continental breakfast option. We have typically been disappointed with other Holiday Inns, however this one met out expectations on all accounts and even exceeded in some areas. The rooms were clean and spacious and the staff was all very friendly. There was a little store for picking up sundries or other things that was a nice surprise as well.

I loved our room, the pool, hot tub and how amazing the lobby was when you walk in! It was so open! They didn't serve a free continental breakfast. I truly can't complain about this hotel! I definitely want to go back there and hopefully soon!

Efficiently run and upscale. Pool for family with kids. Designed as a conference facility. Rooms with window facing interior may not be desirable. Pleasantly surprised of the quality of the hotel. Contemporary and well designed room. Provides room service. Bathroom is basic, but has granite counter. Note: the hotel is designed as a conference facility, and has huge and empty (when not used) entrance hall.

The room was very nice. Overall feel of the public area's except the restaurants feel old and rundown. This hotel has good size clean rooms. However, the rest of the hotel is showing it's age and starting to feel rundown.

Clean everywhere, professional staff, good pool. Rooms were noisy, could hear others in adjacent rooms, plumbing loud.
