We often travel to Syracuse and Waterloo for girl's shopping weekends. This location is close to both and easy to get to. We love visiting the pub and enjoying the food and entertainment.

Very convenient and good parking. It was very nice, overall.

Traveling on business, limited to a hundred bucks a night. This place is not brand new by any means, but is well-kept and very clean. The excellent water pressure and unique showerhead fixture were nice extras, as was the wide-screen TV. I'd definitely stay here again - if you can, ask for a room overlooking the pool.

Convenient to my family and fun for the kids. Good place to stay.

we stayed at this hotel for three nights and we loved it. if you can get a room over looking the pool do. the pool is indoors and it very warm and is set up so you still feel like you outside. the only problem is that to get in the back doors you have to use your key and it doesnt always work. but the staff was very helpful about it and very friendly. we always left the room late but the housekeeping staf was very helpful with still making sure our room was spotless when we got back. this hotel is worth every penny

Clean bathrooms with decent soaps etc. Again, unsupervised children, safety hazard and disturbing. Hotel was clean and adequate.

Clean, easy to find, friendly staffs, voice mail greeting, good price.

Quiet, very comfortable beds, free internet access. Could not park near room.

Nice room, accomodating staff, good restaraunts. I recommend the room rate that include breakfast. It was a excellent value. As a business traveler I appreciate a quiet, comfortable place with good Internet access and reasonable inhouse dining facilities. This place fit the bill.

The pool looked clean. The furniture in the room was worn and old looking. The hotel was walking distance to the state prison and not in a great area. It was very dated looking inside and out. The room had old furniture that was faded, but the room was large and had a microwave and bar fridge. There was a loud train going by. The clerk was not very friendly.

This is a beautiful hotel with a great lobby and amazing atrium. We loved the indoor pool! The rooms are very nice and the service was excellent, except for the breakfast. We had a bad experience with our slow and inexperienced waitress, but we would definately give this hotel another chance!

It was clean and the room was spacious. The pillows were horrible. There was a selection of 6 and all were flat. The hotel was decent and clean. Very noisy, especially if you have a room facing the pool. You hear every noise, even from the halls and other rooms.

The bed was very comfortable. The area and the hotel is actually aged and need updating. Good but not great. The perfect hotel for a couple of nights stay for business.

It was clean. It was very noisy, and the pool was full of children. The hotel has a courtyard with a pool in the middle. Even after the pool closes, noise carries around the courtyard, making it very noisy. Also, there weren't very good light-blocking curtains, so you couldn't get full black-out in the room. It might be better if you had a room facing out.

Beds were extremely comfortable. Maid service was very good. Our room was too close to the pool area - hall was load I would recomend this hotel. Our stay was very nice. It was the second time we've stayed there.

For our purposes, it was central to our needs. Not quite disabled friendly. Staff was very helpful - location was very good - good hotel for the area..

Central location, well appointed, nice pool, good in-house pub/restaurant. Staff seemed a little pushy on the day of departure, with a knock on the door from housekeeping at 08:15hr! Seemed to be waiting for us to leave! Overall, a most enjoyable stay in a very nice hotel, in a great location. We appreciated being in the central part of Auburn, and used that as our centre for exploring the town itself, and the Finger Lakes. Dined in the pub twice, and found the food very good. Service was not good on the first night, but great on the second.

The rooms were very large and clean with a fridge and microwave. There are not enough parking spaces available at night. The hotel is very nice and clean with large rooms including a fridge and microwave. The restaurant that was open for breakfast was nice with good food and the waitress was very friendly. However, upon check in, I had to wait about 5 minutes until the front desk clerk came out from the back office and the hotel operator never answered my call from my room. Also, although it wasn't a problem for me, the hotel is a block from a prison. You can even see the guard tower from the back of the hotel.

The kind, caring, and helpful staff! This is a perfect family - friendly hotel. Clean, safe. The pool area is a delight. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I had car trouble as I arrived and they were so good to help me find the assistance I needed. I sensed that they really cared!
