This hotel was suitable for our needs. The rooms were clean and fairly modern. The maid service on the other hand lacked a little lustre. A good bang for your buck. My wife and I would consider staying here again,

Came to fixTV right away, staff was accommodating. The room we stayed in smelled like fungus, the pool water was dirty, no fruit at continental breakfast.

Don't get a low floor room. The noise from the upper floors is bad. You can really hear the people walking above you, almost like in an echo chamber. Otherwise it was a nice place.

Excellent service, very good continental breakfast, if they were running out , they were right there to fill it. Very clean. Hospitality was great. Definetly would go again. The beds were one of the most comfortable we have ever stayed at. Pool and hot tub were very nice.

We needed a place to stay for one night. The rooms were very nice as were the staff. Unfortunately, we found the waterpark/pool to be dirty. There was scum and slime on the young children's play area and the large slide had scum. For this reason I would not stay again. If this area was clean it would be a great one night stop.

I've stayed at many Holiday Inns and this one was wonderful like the rest. Front Desk was very kind and the sevice I recived was wonderful. I did have a few problems at frist getting checked in but they worked to fix the problem imediatly. I stayed their before when it was the camolt and its been a very nice transformation. They also have a new GM she is very nice and made me feel not like a costomer but like a guest in their home. So if your ever in this area I would recomend to stay here.

I stayed at this hotel for 1 night and was charged * for the stay. I've been trying to work w/the hotel manager to get my money back....he has never returned to my calls. Then I was told it could take 2 weeks to get my money. I waited 15 days and called the hotel back. Manager never returned my call. The last person I spoke to last week took my name and info again and said he would give my info to his general manager....I thought he was going to resolve the issue while I was on the phone w/him...not give my name and number to a general manager. I've even sent messages to the website and the generic reply I get is thanks please allow 7 to 10 days for a reply. Tonight I called customer service and spoke to a very nice person but all she could do is take my info yet again so they can issue an investigation in to this. Hello -- you have my reservation for 1 night and obviously you have records that you charged my bank account 2 times because 1) you charged it two different days and 2) I have a copy of my bank statement showing that you took out money 2 times and never put 1 of those transactions back. At this point I feel they should refund me all the money. So let this be your warning -- DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY TO BURN.

The majority of the hotel staff was great, but the maid service was not. We stayed for two days in the hotel. We pre-reserved the room for 4 people. Both days, we only received towels for 3. The second day, the maid only left three towels again. She never gave us a second bar of soap for the shower. We ended up having to use the bar for the sink. Also, we were never given glasses the second day. We had to go to the front desk to get towels and glasses. I do have to admit that the hotel was very clean. The pool was great. The kids enjoyed it. I guess my only complain was the maid service.

Very clean. Pleasant staff. Key cards needed to be recoded twice during 1night stay. Pleasant. Clean. Powerful Air Conditioning. Courteous staff. Call for directions, as google maps will direct you to a location 5 miles away from this hotel.

I checked out the reviews for the hotel after the reservations were made and was very leary about what we were going to find. We were very happy to find the staff extremely helpful and friendly. The pool area, fitness center and activity room were great! The rooms were very clean - even the bathrooms!

The holiday inn express had very clean and modern looking rooms. The beds were very comfortable. The continental breakfast had a wide variety of foods and plenty of food. The lobby was clean and inviting.

Friendly staff. NA. All in all, it was a nice place to stay. There were some noisy guests, the continental breakfast had a lot to offer, but had to wait both mornings because of the amount of guests. One of the rear entrance key scanners was broken and therefore entrance could be made without a key.

The free continental breakfast. I enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn. It was close to all of the attractions and the customer service was great!
