Nice clean place to stay.

Absolutely nothing. You and Holiday Inn are a bunch of thieves and I will be bringing criminal charges against you both. The hotel was nothing more than a Glorified truck stop, with semis gunning their engines all night long. While I found the town to be quite charming, it is very small and was not where I wanted to purchase land.

Friendly staff, easy check-in, moved us to a new room when the non-smoking room we had smelled of smoke.

Very clean, nice rooms, friendly front desk lady. Jacuzzi did not work. American Indian lady at front desk was friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast is minimal but pretty good. Hotel is clean and well maintained. The location, on the outskirts of town, is an inconvenience.

The Holiday Inn Express in Winslow, Arizona was very comfortable, spacious, very clean, beds were very comfortable and hotel occupants were very quiet. We appreciated the fact that they allowed our dog to stay as well. We did have to pay an additional $25.00 per night, though-usual rate for Holiday Inn Express. This hotel was near a truck stop restaurant and convenience center. You could not hear any noise from the freeway nearby. The hotel itself was very clean and new. It provided breakfast every morning which was appreciated. When we arrived the manager did not greet us in a friendly way and was very interested in getting our debit card to pay for the dog deposit of $25.00 per night, like we weren't going to pay it, yeah right! We were immediately put off by his attitude. We accepted the fact that we were there for four days and actually had a good time in Winslow. We complained about the breakfast and they improved it, rolls hard and apple juice watery. It was a nice quiet town to stay in away from the hussle bussle of California. The swimming pool was not heated and the manager said that it was not required to be heated. The jacuzzi was great.

The room was spacious and had a microwave and fridge in it. The hotel is a little bit outside of Winslow and not in Winslow itself. When we first arrived our rooms air conditioning did not work well and it was well over 100 degrees outside. Ms. Anderson at the front desk moved us to another room and made sure we were satisfied with the room. When my husband and I decided to stay another night we got the room for the same rate!

The visit was on a holiday weekend with a full house. We checked in easily with good instructions. We used the internet which was available with the help of a bag of items to make a secure connection. The rooms were clean, and the new shower head was explained very carefully and worked as instructed. The parking lot was layed out with room for our 14' moving truck. The breakfast was available with many items for a quick breakfast. The checkout was quick with the bill under our door when we awoke.

The Holiday Inn Express Winslow was great. It was one of the most comfortable rooms that I have ever had. From the time we checked on to the time we left, the staff was very courtrous and went out of their way to be of service. The complimentary continental breakfast was very satisfying. The location of the hotel was great in relationship to downtown Winslow and far enough off of I40 that you didn't hear Traffic all night. If I ever go back to Winslow again, I would most surely stay at the Holiday Inn.
