This hotel is pretty clean and easy access. I loved the fact that they have a small fridge and a microwave in it. if you are traveling with Young children this makes life a lot easier.

Stayed while visiting family at Hospital. GM was very hepful as was the night manager and the Office manager. Best rooms I have ever been in. I will deffinatley be going back!!!

the holiday inn i stayed at in albany new york was somewhat disapointing because the room was hot the airconditioner seemed not to work properly the room seemed to be not so clean there was magazines in the dressers from a previous guest

Very close to I-90 & NYS Thruway. Limited nonsmoking rooms. Excellent hotel for the price. I stayed two nights in a nicely-furnished single king room, albeit a smoking one. Hotel was very clean, staff was nice and helpful at every step of the way and I was pleased with the room quality. Would stay again if I were traveling in Albany in a Heartbeat.

Very friendly staff, huge continental breakfast, nice rooms. There was construction going on. Was given room on other side of Hotel to not be disturbed. Right outside SUNY Albany.

The bed was extremely comfortable. It was so neat to see the pillows labeled firm and soft. The hotel was comfortable and easy to locate when coming off of the highway. Our room was clean and spacious. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying at this hotel again if we are in the area.

We booked a room at the Holiday Inn because we were attending Summer Orientation for SUNY Albany. This was an excellent find, we will definately be staying there for all future SUNY events.

Upgraded from a smoking to none=smoking room on new years eve. Told us we had a smoking room when we confirmed. We were upset that the first room was a smoking room, but they gave us a non smoking room when we checked in, so it was a tiny disappointment at the beginning of our holiday, but worked out fine.

Lobby was beautiful and the breakfast was exceptional...best ever! A very upscale environment and excellent staff...very professional. Room was a good size with sitting room area. Great hotel for groups...there were lounge areas on each floor where a dozen could gather comfortably. HIghy recommended.
