The Holiday Inn Express Evansville West was a very nice hotel. The bed was very comfortable, the rooms were a nice size and the shower had excellent water pressure. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very nice with hot food and great choices. If we have to be in this area again, I will stay here. Very close to several restaurants and right across the street from a brand new movie theather.

Clean, comfortable surprised by free Wi-Fi. The toilet was loose and wobbled. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was access to nearby dining and shopping. Overall met my expectations and no unpleasant surprises.

The hotel hallwalls smelled musty, the mattress was way overdue being replaced (saggy middle, squeaky springs, etc.), and the walls so paper thin you heard every noise. The morning breakfast was good and the older lady attendant was great! The location is wonderful but if you want a good night's sleep, I recommend you try one of the other hotels in the area.

It was in a great location, close to many department stores, and the breakfast and room was great. This hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly, check in and check out was easy, no hassle. The room was great, and was very comfortable.

Comfortable, clean, very good breakfast and good location. Not enough free TV stations available. I found that there was not enough TV stations available. When on a business trip you enjoy watching a little television to relax before bed. This hotel had very basic stations and the rentals were very expensive.

The friendliness of the staff. I really enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn Express. The staff was always willing to help with whatever we needed. I also liked the room accommodations. All in all I was really pleased with my stay.

Bed was awesome. All the extras.micro, fridge.ect... very attractive room. Check in time and we couldn't get a room with hot tub. If comming back to Evansville, will be staying at the Holiday Express. Very pleasing stay. Best night sleep I have had in years.

Located near USI. Too much noise, people walking around outside, and some in, talking. Except for the late night people noise, it was fine. We were on the ground floor, a higher floor would have been better.

All the extras: blow dryer, coffee pot, safe in room; ICE on each floor and breakfast choices were many. No meat as a breakfast choice but, everything else was great.

Friendly and helpful staff. Toilet paper. Hotel was going through some renovation and was due to change ownership in the very near future. The renovations did not interfere with our stay. It was located within easy walking distance of several restaurants, theatre, and several strip malls. The continental breakfast was quite good with a large variety, including a waffle maker.
